Nice location off interstate, friendly staff and good for families.

Good location right off the interstate, friendly helpful staff, decent pool and hot tub area and comfortable beds.

Bathroom in room was only fair due to shower head not working the best, things starting to show wear/tear. Having a room right above the main doors, hearing them open/close throughout the night. Breakfast ok but could have been better.

Dissatisfied

I’m travelling cross country. I booked this hotel because I needed a hot tub to relax. I was told it was closed for repairs. The sign on the pool door was so old it look like it was hanging there for weeks. Repairs go on for weeks? The pool and tub looked just fine from the windows.

We enjoyed our little stay. The front desk lady was very nice .

The breakfast was wonderful with a great variety of food choices.

The door handle lifting up to get in your room was frustrating at first.

maintenance needs to visit this place

views were nice

There was a constant noise that sounded like someone moving furniture around. ALL night! The next morning the power went out for no reason (the weather was perfect so maybe a breaker) and a person was stuck in the elevator. The bathroom was not clean and the room was marginal. There was a half full water bottle ( not ours) that we kicked while getting into bed and there was dust on all of the furniture.The pillows on the beds were awful and lumpy.

The location was great, the rooms were clean and breakfast bar exceptionally good. Great price for

Loved the continental breakfast and all the choices. The Beds were very comfortable and clean. The shower water was amazing. My skin usually dries out after hotel showers, but this hotel left my skin and hair feeling very soft and smooth.

The shower head wasn't fully powered. The water was coming out the faucet and also the shower head.

We will definitely consider this location again.

The room was very spacious and comfortable.

Breakfast was okay. Hours were from 6AM to 9AM but selection of hot items was a little sparse at 8:45AM.

Room with a view

I stayed at this hotel for one night when I was on my way up to Canada. check-in was extremely easy, the room was absolutely clean and organized. I was on the third floor and my view out the window was of the rolling hills which was really nice. breakfast was also included and there was a great selection of both hot and cold items. highly recommend this hotel I’ll stay on my way back to Texas!

Bad

The location was very nice on the hill but it was extremely noisy and not protected from the elements and when the wind was blowing the air conditioners allowed the wind to come in and make a horrible howling sound. Th motel is great but we didn't get any sleep.

The staff were nice, the bed was comfy, the bathroom clean.

The room I paid for wasn't available - the hotel informed me that Booking.com had oversold those rooms. So my main frustration is with you, not the hotel. The only other negative point was that there was no fresh drinking water in the hotel. The hotel staff eventually helped me by turning on the machine used for breakfast drinks, but drinking water should be more easily accessible, as with all hotels I've stayed at.
