Reneria hat uns herzlich in Empfang genommen sowie verabschiedet. Wir hatten im Voraus bereits per E-Mail Kontakt und sie war stets zuvorkommend und sehr wertschätzend. Unsere Zimmer waren groß und sehr sauber, die Betten super bequem.

Der (geräumige) Kühlschrank macht in willkürlichen Abständen komische und auch gelegentlich sehr laute Geräusche, welche einen Nachts aufschrecken lassen. Ich empfehle hierfür Ohropax (gibt’s im Hotel zu kaufen).

It was a good stay for us! We would recommend this place to others.

It was clean, pet friendly (we SO appreciate this!) and quiet. Overall, it was a good stay. The staff was welcoming.

There was no breakfast... bummer, most do have breakfast now-a-days.

A great stop in Sheridan

The location was easy to get to for our drive through Sheridan. The staff was very nice. The front desk gal gave me some dinner recommendations as well. They really accommodated our dog as well. We used the gym downstairs as well as the washing machines :)

Very nice clean room; love the outdoor bbq area; staff was friendly; loved being close to Walmart.

There was no breakfast - that is why I did not give the hotel a 10 rating

A breakfast; and I would suggest putting the notice about the dishes that were in the dishwasher near the kitchen and not by the phone. I did not see it until after after we were in the hotel for a full day.

no comp breakfast. room amenities were very minimal. my room had issues. the bathtub drain was clogged so shower water did not drain and 2-3 inches of water pooled. floor was dirty. outlet did not work.

Fantastic!

Having the gazebo with grills was great. We used the gazebo several times. Loved the 3rd floor and the view of the mountains. Having a full size frig was wonderful because we don't like eating out all of the time. The staff was the BEST!

Great spot for an overnight visit

Liked that ut had a full kitchen, Room was well designed and comfortable.

There was a perfumed smell in the room from cleaning products or deodorizers. Smell was quite strong. I suggest opening windows during cleaning .

Overall, our stay was great and we will likely come back

The rooms were newly renovated with new furniture. Kitchenette with a full sized fridge was great! Beds were comfy and air conditioning was great. The room was surprisingly spacious!

Needs a bit of dusting especially in the bathroom. We stayed on an upper floor so maybe it's been a while since someone has stayed in the same room. Not exactly a negative but just a heads up--looks like they were doing some renovations in the lower hall (no noise issues during our stay though).

for the money i was disappointed.

was disappointed , no continental breakfast, had to go to Walmart and pick something up to eat.

the sound of footsteps above us half the night was very disturbing, room door didn't close by itself you had to pull or push is shut. alot of remodeling being done and a mess in the stairways with loose concrete at the entrance.

There’s a convenient and we’ll stocked commissary. Free laundry facilities, and centrally located to shopping.

It’s right next to the Interstate. The traffic can get a little loud sometimes.

Stayed in much better places for the same price.

Microwave breakfast cost $5 per person, no thank you.

Bed was a Queen instead of the King we requested. No nightstand on one side, one of us couldn't drink coffee or other beverages from bed. Otherwise bed was okay, not great. Kitchen had one pouch of coffee, no creamer or sugar. Room had a very dominant sweet smell, made me think they wanted to mask another smell.
