Mini Family vacation

Customer service from Yeash(sorry if not spell name correctly). Called ahead that i was running late and was very polite. Also when we got to our room the remote was not working n he came to fix it without any hesitation. To bad did not see him for the rest of stay. Loved his service to us. Loved the window shades... perfect black out. Need info on where purchased cause need for my house.

Location: Its kinda looked in a neighboorhood. Whem to corner store before heading back to hotel and alot of men hanging outside the entrance of store, that didnt look safe. Bed sheets and pillow cases where dirty. Breakfast:: super crowded need to be spread out more. Eggs tasted like burn n no flavor. Pool was too small. The back door was hard to open. The shower looked incomplete like still needed renovation n water facuet to shower hard to adjust the water. Not enough trash cans in room. Not enough channel selection. Need thicker blankets cause ac made it too cold in room. Bigger pillows.

Perfect for families.

our experience was perfect we got our room at an affordable price even during 4th of July, our room was cleaned as we arrived, beds were comfortable, with fresh clean sheets. breakfast had different options and very delicious. the pool was also clean, and we spent most of our time there. The staff was really friendly and helpful, we felt very welcomed since we arrived.

we don't have anything bad to say about this hotel. we wish we could had stayed more days.

Would recommend as an affordable place to stay

The staff was very courteous and friendly. The outside of the facility was well lit and appeared to be monitored regularly by the staff. The complimentary breakfast was well laid out and provided something for most any taste. Checking in and out was very easy and luggage carts made moving your belongings much easier.

I am disabled, although not mobility assisted quite yet. I had difficulty utilizing the toilet as it is very low to the floor. I had requested a room with a chair because I cannot sleep lying flat. The only chair other than a loveseat, was an uncomfortable desk chair. The room appeared clean although there were many permanent stains of rust and was poorly painted and caulked. There are, in fact cable stations available, but the lack of integration with the channel guide station made it tedious to locate shows easily. Outside by the pool area was pretty dirty and there was a great deal of bird droppings in the area.

El primer chico que nos atendió hablaba español y nos explicó cada detalle, pero cuando hicimos el check out se me dificultó un poco entender pues no hablo inglés y el chico no hablaba español .

Gutes Hotel für kurze Aufenthalte

Komfortable Zimmer, gute Größe und relativ sauber. Badezimmereinrichtung nicht mehr das neueste, dennoch hat es den Zweck erfüllt. Lage nah am Highway, Lärmpegel war aber nicht hoch. Restaurants waren leider etwas weiter weg, aber mit Lieferservice widerum kein Problem.

Buena opción cuando vas a eventos al FBC

Buena ubicación (cerca del Frost Bank Center -FBC- (antes ATT Center), habitaciones limpias. Los alimentos bien. El personal muy atento.

Solo algunas luces fundidas en la habitación, lo que favoreció que estuviera muy oscuro, fuera de eso todo muy bien.

Clean great staff

No hot tub as advertised Woken up by barking and whining dogs multiple days Gym equipment didn't work only had treadmill and elliptical and one bike nothing else Breakfast only eggs and waffles Wouldn't recommend this hotel no accommodation no money back no offers of partial credit nothing but was woken up by dog....... as I was on business trip and needed to be up early and at an all day conference....

The front desk girl was sweet.

Key cards didn’t work. I’ve never been to a hotel & been given 5 key cards. Everytime we came back from being out we’d have to swipe every card until one works. That’s such an inconvenience especially with having a small child. The restroom was not fully/thoroughly cleaned. There was gunk & dust everywhere. The sheets were stained. 2 out of 4 of us got bit by I will assume bed bugs. I am livid about this Where are the cameras? There’s no cameras literally.

Better than we expected.

We loved the treatment we received as soon as we arrived, the front desk staff was friendly and let us choose where we wanted our rooms and we could have them next to each other as we requested. Rooms were clean and spacious, and breakfast was really good too. The whole staff was friendly, front desk, housekeeping and kitchen staff made us feel welcomed.

The fact that there weren’t any stores around the building, but we didn’t mind drive a little bit to get something and also made our nights quiet.
