Great value for money. Clean and spacious. We would stay there again if we return to Jacksonville

We liked the cleanliness, size of the room with the kitchen and the separate living room, and convenient location. Attentive staff and also the option to safely book a ride to the stadium via their partners.

Property was under construction on the six and seventh floor could not relax at all

Mi estancia allí pésima .solo la supervisora María hispana ella fue y nos llevó tres botellas d agua a la habitación .

No encontraban mi reserva y cuando llegué pésima la entrada xq llegamos y había una discucuion en el lobby y hasta sangre había .la policía allí y del hotel solo había una recepcionista muy mayor d edad y hasta miedo tenía

La habitación me costó 229 dólares por noche y ni agua me pusieron en la habitación y para colmo bajé temprano x el desayuno y ni eso me dieron .

Enjoyed my stay.

The location was perfect.

There were several occasions where I walked past piles of bedding in the hallway (it appeared to be the same piles during the day and evening…well after the normal time of housekeeping). For such a beautiful hotel, this was not appealing.

The room was booked for 3 adults, 3 kids. There was no bedding for the pullout couch in the room. We had to ask. There were only 2 towels and washcloths for 2 people. The restaurant next door at Hilton garden Inn was awful. The food was not fresh. Not worth the money

The staff was friendly, and helpful. Hotel ocation and parking accommodations were convenient.

The hotel, including the room, was warmer than I expected. We faced record breaking high temperatures, tho.

Superb and comfy

The staff was very friendly and accommodating! I arrived earlier then expected and they were able to help me get a room lickety split! I loved that there is a pool table available even though I didn't have time to play. We had a concert to go to so we were unable to attend the reception unfortunately.

Sofa bed dated and stained. No sheets for sofa bed, only blankets and 1 pillow. Had to ask for towels and wash cloths as 4 people were staying there.

Steer clear. This place is as bad as it gets.

Absolutely nothing. Leaving was the only positive.

At the very least, have the room I paid for available. Or refund the difference as I was promised twice. Neither of those things happened

Hotel wasn’t cleaned, or what I expected

The floor near the window was soaked with water., The walls were dirty,, it had brown spots up and down the wall. The carpet in the room was lifting up and not clean. A used bath towel was already in the room when we checked in. Our shower didn’t have a door. No toilet paper

Almost everything. Very clean, comfortable bed, quiet, friendly staff.

Not too many shops or restaurants around, but you can take the skyway to downtown, which is a fun experience.

Very good location, great room.

Exiting the parking lot was a chore, in that, you needed your room key to exit even though you check out. The intercom person was not local and stated that I had to speak to people in lobby for a resolution. I use a cane for stability when walking and did not like I had to return to the lobby for assistance. Otherwise my stay was great.
