The location and the check-in personal was superb. They were very helpful and assuring that all of my concerns were accommodating. . The first shift gentleman and the second shift lady is an asset to the cooperation.
I have stayed at the Hampton Inn hotel numerous of times and hope to continue to stay there when I'm visiting in the Anderson area. However, this time was not as pleasant as the others. When I prepared to go to bed for the evening I turned the covers back and noticed the bed linen had not been changed from the previous guest. I took pictures to show to the clerk on duty. She offered to change the linen for me or move me to another room. Since she had several guest she was attending to, I asked if she would give me the linen I'd change them myself. I had several bags so I decided to remain in the same room. She obliged and apologized for the inconvenience. She recorded my complaint and assured me she would pass it on the proper manager. The next morning (4/19), I relayed the same complaint to the male clerk. I asked if the manager was present and he stated she would be in later that day. After returning back to the hotel from an appointment, I asked to speak to the manager (Jennifer Davis) the request was made to Ms. Davis, but she never came out of her office to greet me, nor did she call my room to discuss the problem I had encountered. Her actions were not very professional and I'm sure those were not warranted by the Hilton cooperation.
I commend the clerks, they were VERY helpful. My complaint was not discussed with the clerks in a manner so that the other guest could hear. I did not want to deter anyone from using the facility nor publicizing anything that wasn't their concern.
Other than the aforementioned issue, my stay was good.

I liked the size of the room and the window coverings.
The bathroom was a bit dirty, there was toothpaste in the sink and soap scum in the shower. I too am a housekeeper and i understand the frustrations of cleaning all the time but the amount of nastiness in the bathroom was unacceptable i wiped it all down with clorox wipes.

We have stayed at this location many times and always had a wonderful experience. This time it was very disappointing. The room had a terrible stuffy order, the shower doors were stuck and wouldn't close. My husband went to shower and I had to lift the door from outside to close it enough to keep water in. The inside door of shower if you tried to move it, the plexiglass panel was falling out. TV remote, was falling apart and the window blind shade I had to use a paper clip to hold it closed or it went open again from a fold it had. The breakfast was not as good as previous visits. Sausage patties were like cardboard and had zero flavor, bagels were hard and stale and fruit also appeared to be a few days old. I spoke to the front desk about the issues and they apologized, but that was it. Think it's time to find a new place to stay when in the area again. Very disappointed!😔
The order of the room, the not being able to use shower and the breakfast. Overall not a good stay

Nice breakfast.
Location— hard to get in and out of. Value—rooms were overpriced.

The room was pretty spacious and clean. The breakfast had a variety so wasn’t difficult to find something for everyone.
The bathtub was not very clean. Sides of tub still had dirt and hair.

Everything was nice.
The first night we stayed the air conditioner didn't work. We told them at 3 am. The next day they moved us to a different room

The room was great. It was huge compared to other hotels we have stayed in. My dad uses a scooter to get around so there was plenty of room for him to park it in the room with enough space for us to move around.
The breakfast was good. So many choices.
Lol ..the TV could have been a little bigger to match the room.

location was great
it was all ok but no complementary breakfast a bit of a bummer
