Clean rooms with a very comfortable bed and relaxing decor. The staff was helpful and accommodating.
The continental breakfast area felt too small for the number of guests.

Lange Wartezeit sollte man einplanen.
Eine Klobürste fehlt!!!

Fantastic staff. Great location.

The staff were very nice and helpful (thanks Keegan, we'll be thinking of you on June 3rd!). It was very clean and the room was big enough for 4 people. The breakfast was also good by American standards (plastic is normal in the USA!). The location of the hotel is very good.
Actually everything was good, but the overnight price for a family is still high.

The staff were excellent, very attentive and responsive to requests - the only 4* element of the hotel!
Rooms were old and run-down, bedding was not ironed, the smallest bathroom amenities, the "breakfast" was nothing but a selection of pastries, etc.

Outstanding service, great location in Times Square, and a comfortable room. Check-in was quick and painless, staff was attentive, and the breakfast was really good.
Hated the shower head in the room. Need an engineering degree to figure it out.

Location for what we wanted was perfect.
I was disappointed that the hotel did not have a bar and did not have a restaurant. I was also disappointed with the breakfast. The price was not worthy of what the hotel offered.

Location was perfect. We saw 4 shows and none were more than a 10 minute walk
Housekeeping didn’t honor our do not disturb sign and came into the room.

Staff was very friendly, the place was small but pleasing to the eye and parking was good and free for our golf cart. The pool was clean and refreshing but the hot tub was very dirty. The breakfast was basic but the staff was again so friendly. Coffee was great! The place its self was very quiet and very convenient since a 24 hr CVS is right next door. It is at the end of the main bars but the walk wasn't that bad to get to the lively part.
Our room was at the very end of the first floor which meant the stair's took up most of our porch, Lani which was very disappointing. The insulation between floors is horrible, we were woken up every morning, extremely early by footsteps. We did tolerate it for a few days then talked to the front desk and they were willing to move us but all I was asking is for them to speak with those guest and ask them to be considerate. I didn't want to move all of my belongs but in retrospect I wished I did. It was very unfair considering I paid more for my room simply because it had a tub, which I never used. The room I believe might have been slightly bigger which I enjoyed. Upon check out I would have expect they would have at the very least take a small portion off our bill but they would absolutely not! Again please call and ask them which rooms would be on the second floor or the ones on the single story side. They really should not be charging so much for that room at the end. Look at the pictures, I would have loved to have had the wide open Lani verses the jail like 5'x5' space we had.

everything was good.
the only reason why I put 9 stars is because they said continental breakfast is served in the am. it’s not continental breakfast. it’s more like eating leftovers and scraps with little options and the juice was warm not cold.
