Great place to stay.

Great location. Had a view of the beach. Within walking distance to the boardwalk and pier. Friendly staff. Would stay here again.

Only negative was the bed. Mattress was hard.

My slice of Heaven

The rooms are inviting, they have a laundry facility. They have complimentary popcorn coffee and other items. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Need to have a few basic kitchen wares such as silverware and maybe a small coffee maker.

Great spot for a fun family vacation at the boardwalk. We will definitely stay here again!

The location is perfect. Our room faced the beach and it was a 5 minute walk to the boardwalk. The rooms are clean and very cute. Love the lattes at the cafe every morning.

Housekeeping could have come more regularly to replenish towels and toiletries.

We stayed close to the pool and people were out to late 10 pm. 9 would have been better.

Nice Getaway for a Weekend Trip

All the staff was friendly and helpful. Customer service exceeded my expectations. It was family friendly and clean. We loved the warmed pool and hot tub. Kids were offered popcorn when we arrived; this was a nice treat. Great views and location! Nice shops and restaurants nearby.

Beds are TOO hard, had to bring a pad with me, cause I experienced this last time we stayed in a different room. Was thinking the beds might be softer in a suite, but they were not!!! :(

Breakfast was not available! Food below was terrible, restaurants are pretty good!!

I did not like the noisy room, couldn’t even hear our TV! Need to check this room to people with kids

Perfect location, amazing views, kind staff

We had a glitch with our reservation (our fault) and the hotel was incredibly understanding in a situation where they could have charged us a lot more money. Everyone was very kind and accommodating.

Great stay, perfect for families wanting a little getaway in one of the best locations in Santa Cruz.

Close to wharf, beach and boardwalk. Clean, bright rooms, great heated pool, hot tub and patio area.

Only complaint is the high windows in the poolside rooms - wish we could have blocked them to sleep a little longer.

Perfect stay

Room was clean and beautiful, beds were comfortable, but I would like to point out that the bathroom /shower was 10/10 (very clean, comfortable, awesome job with the tiles). Next time we pass through the area we will be to pay this place another visit. 10/10!!!

Beach family vacation

The view is worth a million dollars. I love being directly across from the pier and boardwalk. The shower is amazing. There is lots of hot water and great water pressure. I never heard any neighbors. Even with a shared balcony, it felt very private. It could have been because of the time of year being winter, but I never saw anyone else out on the balcony at the same time. I will never stay anywhere else when visiting Santa Cruz again. It's my go-to spot.

The beds are very hard, so if you like a really hard bed, you are in luck. It would be nice if the hotel provided a beach ball.
