A localização e o serviço para a prática de esqui
O preço alto em comparação a instalação dos quartos, muito fraco, banho ruim! Alguns funcionário grosseiros

The staff was the best part. The location is very pretty, but far from the lake. It’s better for the winter.
It’s far from the lake, and the “lake club” is not included in the price…and too expensive for what it is.
The spa pool was disappointing. Small, not enough umbrellas, no food or drinks being served. Again, this is mainly a hotel for winter activities.

This property is in a magical spot. The staff is very compassionate with personal attention to each guests. I went here with my wife and the accommodations was very cozy. I will definitely come back here to stay.

The location is beautiful. The beds were super comfortable. The view from our hotel room was something else.
Bathroom was fab great lighting.
I don't really have anything bad to say about the hotel if I was being picky it was a little cold in the common areas.

the staff was smiling & meant well yet every single
one untrained and did not belong in a 5-star establishment.

More staff.

location, facilities, friendly staff, great car valet/ bell-hop team
Communication not the easiest as many staff were not as fluent in English as would be ideal. Requests for eg replenishment of bathroom supplies did not happen despite several attempts. The worst thing was ongoing dirty cutlery in the restaurant which is never acceptable but particularly in the post covid World and for this highly priced brand.

Manzanita restaurant needs a new chef

Nice Valet, nice bell boy, nice server. The facility was clean and decorated nicely. The room was standard nice, the bathroom was above standard nice.
Overpriced and under deliver. For almost $2100/night, a 1.5 hour late check in is not acceptable, and the best accommodation was $150 discount, less than 10% of the stay and in California it doesn't even cover the taxes- What a joke of management. I felt insulted by this gesture of "great customer service accommodation". Champagne was not offered to me at check in. The food was not exceptional but fair and edible, the ambience was fair but not any better than a $300/ night stay. They were short staff for sure and tried their best. I still tipped well over 20% for the server, valet, bell boy, etc knowing they were willing to only discount $150; also I never went to claim my discount because clearly they need it more than I do. It is certain I have no future desire to step foot in a Ritz Carlton again. If you are coming for the name, then it is the perfect place. If you are considering coming here to be valued as a customer- try another resort.

My Husband and I Traveled for our 32nd Anniversary and We drove to Reno for the day on Friday Oct 1st and while at a Casino my Husband experienced Chest pains we had to call 911 thinking he was having a Heart Attack, Long Story short He ended up in the Hospital for two days. I was alone in a city by myself now as of Covid you are not able to visit while in the hospital so to be closer to my husband I drove back to Truckee and checked out a day early from our room at The Ritz.
I explained what had happened and not only did they refund me My Night stay they helped me make arrangements for a Nice Hotel in Reno where I would be safe. When I finally got to the New Hotel The Manager from Ritz was there with a gift for My Husband and I and explained there was a note inside from the staff and himself praying for us and expressed how sorry they all were this brought me to tears as it was already an emotional day, in the letter it also said that they would like us to come back when my husband is better and Celebrate our Anniversary on them. I can not Explain Honestly how Grateful I Truly was from this. Everyone at The Ritz went above of beyond and made a situation of fear and uncertainty a situation of Hope and Much Gratitude. My Husband and I Can not Thank Everyone at The Ritz Enough it is a Day we will never forget and you can always count on us to continue to visit your Hotel. We are Extremely Grateful for Your Amazing Manager and Staff God Bless you All.........

The room was clean.
Bell service was not available at the requested time. I also paid for the room with mountain view and got the view to the restaurant which got loud at night.

Freindly
Excessive upcharges. Wait for check-in cocktail. The worst was being seated next to unruly children at the fancy dinner.
