Friendly, helpful staff, spacious room, great location for the show at Memorial Auditorium.
No microwave ( although they did heat my food for me at Starbucks) no ice machine ( had to ask for ice at the bar in lobby)

Ligger tæt på wofford. Fine faciliteter. Gode parkeringsmuligheder. Dejligt værelse
Poolen var lukket trods fint vejr. Morgenmaden for dyr

The rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were super comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were excellent.
There was a little maintenance and updating needed in the rooms and vending/ice areas. The food was really good, but drinks and food were pricey. We thought there was room service available, but it was not when we were there.

Close to the venue I travel up to see
Early morning alarm that did not get turned off for thirty five min that woke me up way before I intended. The room was stuffy.

The staff and the lobby were the only appealing assets of the entire hotel. Fulfilled any requests we made in regards to extra pillows, blankets or towels.
The location and entire experience was not desirable. Would not repeat my stay. The facility and overall comfort was awful. The air conditioning was clearly outdated and did not work well. Had set to the lowest temperature and the room still stayed much warmer than desired. The pull out couch had multiple large stains, and if they were anything like the curtains that had blood stains or the ice maker that had bugs inside they were unsanitary. Beds and pillows were hard as a rock, myself nor my family could hardly sleep because everything was so uncomfortable. For the amount of money it costs to stay here, you would expect a relatively nice hotel. The only nice thing about the entire place is the lobby, and the staff.

Proximity to Amtrak station (5-minute walk) and to downtown (10-minute walk). Spaciousness of the room and the grandeur of the building.
Breakfast would be nice to be included at the room rates.

Breakfast was not as good as I remembered it last time I was there. Not much in the way of options.
Not much choice in the hotel gift shop either.

Exceptional desk employee bamed Jo went above and beyond to serve us.
We couldn't sleep. The nattresses were super firm...like sleeping on the floor.

The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was amazing!!!
They didn’t have bedding for the pull out in our room and we didn’t have enough wash cloths in
our room. However, to be fair, they were completely sold out due to a basketball conference and debutante ball.

It was a really nice hotel. I felt safe. Although the area seemed small, I felt as if the hotel was placed closed enough to restaurants and other need places such as Target. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was most gracious and offered to upgrade my queen room to a king once she saw I was alone. That was indeed the highlight of my trip.
I always find it convenient when there are things such as microwaves and mini fridges in the room. I had to pretty much eat my leftovers cold the next day. I also needed some toothpaste but it wasn't available in the market. Lastly the ice machine wasn't working. These are small things and while they wouldn't keep me from visiting again, I would have appreciated these things since I spent majority of my time in the room.

The location and event staff for Christmas party was nice. it was clean throughout. I liked having Starbucks on the property.
No hand soap, lotion, etc in bathroom was told the delivery truck didn’t deliver this week, the microwave is not in your room (but on certain floors inside the vending area so you have a community microwave to use) the vending machines were lacking several favorite items, including diet drinks as well as water, no fan in bathroom so you have to keep door open for hot showers, the bar closed too early at 10:00 when they had 20 plus people willing to pay for the over priced drinks, couldn’t shoot pool on pool table, and no propane in fire pits outside to enjoy.

For the rate they should consider having a free breakfast for their guests

The bar was amazing, room was clean.
The bathroom door kept getting stuck and had to force the door open.

Breakfast was okay. Food sat on buffet line for a long time but the food was attractively displayed and not gad.
Our reservation was for 3- two adults and our 17 year old grandson. The room did not have 3 bath towels, 3 hand towels, and 3 wash cloths- only 2 of each. There were no coffee cups with the coffee supplies. And, the room looked sloppy (thrown together) when we arrived.
On the plus side the room and bothroom were clean.
The public spaces in the hotel looked great and had apparently been updated. The rooms need some updating, too.

downstairs was beautiful.
Dated room especially for 300 dollars a night.
