The cost per night was reasonable. However, I think I would rather pay more for a clean, safe place to stay in the future. I really liked the location and being so close to an extremely nice walking trail.
Breakfast was absolutely awful! Scrambled eggs had no flavor and were cold. Coffee was mediocre. Sausage patties were hard as a rock, overcooked, and cold.
My room was never cleaned on my last day of stay. I was given only one wash
cloth on the second day of stay. When, I came back to my room on the third day, I found where a glass picture frame hanging over the couch had fallen and the glass was shattered. I picked up the glass, and placed on kitchen counter. The next morning I told a staff member about this. He told me that they would clean up the broken glass and replace the picture. However, they did not. All they did was remove the picture frame. Broken glass was still lying on kitchen counter the day I checked out.
Upon arriving, I noticed that flooring around the bath tub was rotten. And I think that the flooring underneath bath tub is rotten as well. Lighting in bathroom was atrocious.
And the air conditioner needs to be replaced. Very loud and did not cool very well.

OMG Odette was a freaking awesome welcome wagon. She had us in stitches. The property was clean well stocked and amazing. Breakfast was excellent and to be honest it was a 5 star all day long.

We were greeted by Gwen’s beautiful smile when we arrived, she was very warm and accommodating and treated us like old friends even though we had never met her before. That evening as we were headed to a concert she saw us leaving and came out to ask us if everything was good in our room, and asked if we were happy with the room. The next morning we went to breakfast at the property which was nicely done. On our way out of the breakfast Gwen stepped into the hall to ask if we enjoyed the concert, the breakfast and again asked if everything was good with our room. Gwen was there at checkout too, she told us it was a pleasure having us stay at the property, she told us she hoped we would have a safe trip home, and she told us they would love to have us return to stay there next time we came to Atlanta. She was amazing! It was the best treatment I have ever gotten at a hotel (I have stayed in a lot of hotels). Thank you Gwen for a wonderful stay!

Location and staff were great for me plenty of restaurant option and close to amphitheater. Room was clean and neat.
Facility is dated and needs a refresh. Carpets had some torn parts, no hair dryer in room. Nothing really bad just an older location that is ready for an update. Signage is hard to see but that is a city ordinance issue that makes it tough to find anything in Alpharetta😞

The location is amazing! 6 mins to the North Point Mall that has all kinds of awesome shops! The Avalon is not that far away either! The Amphitheater is only 6 min away! We loved the staff! The two small issues were rectified in a timely manner due to the staff! The kind clerk the first night of our stay was professional and courteous! The managers in duty the next day Gwen and Nik were phenomenal! If I could give them a 9.5 I would!!!!
The only, and I mean the only thing I did not like was the Queen Studio is quite small. It shares one tv that is a bit awkward as there is no division between the queen bed and sofa bed. It wasn't horrible, but none the less a lot different than the picture I had saw in the website. That is such a minor issue, tho. Other than that small issue, I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Next time I will chose the two bedroom suite that has two separate bedrooms as well as a seating area with pull out sofa. Plenty of room for people who need darkness to sleep and others whom need the TV to sleep.

I liked that the room had an entire kitchen set up and a living room set up. The staff was very nice and friendly
I did not like that the room was not really clean, everything you touched was sticky, and I kept smelling vomit so I started investigating and there was vomit all over the skirt of the bed, the curtains, into the air conditioner, in the frame of the sofa bed there was vomit, if you moved the TV you found crumbs of food left from previous people.

Using this space as dislike; first day in room AC making not of noise and bathroom leaking. next day after so many request they moved us to handicapped room Front desk was not helpful.
WE booked this hotel because of HOT Breakfast availability. For all 5 days they had MEAT option and that two only 1 of them. We requested for Vegetarian option and both front desk and crew didnt help

Was clean. Good coffee, nice bed sheets. Feel secure, all the building's doors open with the room card key. Nice housekeeper staff.
Poor breakfasts, all the cooking pots were missing, they should check this before guests arrive. We got them after speak with the housekeeper.

Laundry facilities conveniently take credit cards. Treadmill is good in the fitness facilities. 2BR suite is a great size for a longer stay. Location is convenient to GA-400, grocery stores, mall, and restaurants if you have a car.
Plumbing issues were occurring during check-in and reappeared on check-out. It appears from notices that the property is shutting off water between 10a and 5p. Notification was provided for 11/22 but it was not provided for 11/26. This meant my spouse was unable to shower on our checkout morning as he returned from the treadmill at 10:10am to discover no water. While checkout is noon, we promptly checked out so we could go to parents' house to use bathroom. No toilets, sinks, showers without warning is a big negative.
Other negatives: property has mold around HVAC vents/registers. Mold/discoloration is various corners of the rooms points to a historical issue. Windows open, but not all of them stay open. No emergency information/required room information on the back of the door in the room. I'm pretty sure this is against building code, but perhaps the longer-stay nature of the property excepts them.
This property appears to be suffering from covid-19 staff shortages, so I don't hold any of the amenity issues against it. However, it needs a refresh if it wants to be Marriott-branded.
Minor items: oven dial has all temperatures worn off. We looked up the model number online and made a "decoder" to help set the temperature. Freezer is semi-working as it cycles through freeze/thaw cycles. Couldn't change the setting on ours because it was frozen in place. Again, may be a covid issue with replacement of appliances and supply chain issues. Lighting in main living room/dining room is insufficient. No light over dining table. You can move a lamp, which helps, but it's not nearly as bright as the bedrooms (which are almost too bright). Bathroom is aged and needs refresh. Cleanliness is also a challenge with the design as it has older wood floors instead of tile. So it makes the bathroom feel dingy when it may be clean. TV remote is moody and changes channels/volume incorrectly.

Nice location; welcome package; Staff was friendly
There was dead roach in the bathroom; roach crawled into the bed; and I killed a roach in the bathroom. I’m sure building two is infested with roaches. Had to remind them three times for cleaning of my room

I loved the location and the room was nice.
The front desk staff were not there and I had to look for them to sign in. The breakfast in the morning was terrible.

Having a whole kitchen was pleasant. The staff for the most part was very friendly.
The room had a bad odor of dog and feet. The couch along with the lamp was stained badly. The cabinets still had remnants of food in them from previous people. It was not clean. For almost 500$ i would have expected it to be at least sanitary. The beds were stiff and uncomfortable. Multiple things didnt work. The lamps in the bedrooms, the TV volume didn't work in one of the bedrooms.
