Nothing I didn’t get a room because I was apparent my banned for a 6 dollar phone bill at a previous stay and none of my money was refunded back
MY MINEY WAS BASICALLY STILEN BECAUSE I WAS STILL CHARGED FOR A ROOM I DIDNT GET TO SLEEP IN

the room was stinky

rooms were spacious and in a good location
I was repeatedly locked out of my room, the cards would constantly be inactivated (I did not put them anywhere near my phone). I was locked out of the hotel at 11pm and there was no one at the front answering, it was dark and I was alone and scared. I was also charged $53 after I left inexplicably, I travel frequently and did not leave the room a mess. on another note, the room was empty. not even silverware was in the room when I was there

The reservations were made to company personnel coming from Europe.
Check in time over midnight. The recepcionist demanded that the person who made the bookings for the 5 people in 5 separate rooms be present to the check in because he could not see in the hotel system (or dld not know how?) the names of the guests. Absurd! What of the person lived in another state instead? Then he told the last 2 guests that they would have to wait because the system started a random Audit. We asked him to keep the copies of their passports and let thdm go to their rooms regardless. They were very tired and it was close to 2am. He said no. He was not going to do that. Either they go somewhere else or wait. Luckly the Audit finished when he said that. Then we asked for his name 4x. He refused to say. It was a very very rude, unprofessional and incompetent recepcionist.

Convenience, location, amenities, kitchenette, price
I was VERY disappointed with the breakfast. At this point, it should be much better. Guests should be able to sit and eat a better breakfast than muffins and fig bars in a basket.

Was conveniently located, close to a gas station, and a few stores!
Sadly cleanliness was not good, when we went to our room there was a foul smell.. went sniffing and found three uncleaned drawers, one with old food that was spoiled (the smell) and the refrigerator also had old food in it (milk products that also smelled) No blanket on bed, only a thin sheet, was told I couldn’t get one until morning time due to the front staff having to wash the laundry. I had to pay to have one doordashed to our room.. Property is outdated, and just smells old.. The staff were all great however, despite our issues that mainly had to do with poor housekeeping..

The hotel is cheap.
On arrival food from the previous guest was on the counter. The room smelled horrible. The deadbolt was broken and wouldn't stay closed. And one of the lamps was missing a light bulb. The microwave would spark and act like it was about to catch fire if I tried to use it.

The young man in the front desk. Nice and helpful.

I have not one complaint at all. I wholeheartedly enjoy staying here because I know the entire building is kept up to par, the staff will always be polite and accommodating and it’s quiet there. Couldn’t ask for more.
Not a thing, perfect 10

I liked the location and staff was pretty friendly. Grab and go breakfast was good.
Needs updating and repairs. The stove didn't work well, the microwave didn't turn. Having a kitchen was the main reason we chose this hotel. Pool wasn't open. Other guests were loud in the middle of the night and the smell of marijuana was really strong even though there is a no smoking policy. The trash was always piled in the hall.

Best hotel to stay at. Staff is always extremely pleasant and a pleasure to work with. I have not one issue, if I had issues with my room, the staff handled it as soon as it was mentioned to them. I will definitely keep staying here whenever I need a clean and quiet place to stay.

i like the location but the east / west locations is very confusing and makes no sense if they’re the same company wherever I make my reservation it should be communicated between both locations bcus my money paid to extend my stay in the location I was in which was the west I paid it to east location in error ( not from the Atlanta at all) and the money spent was not honored at the west location and I was treated like I never paid anyone and forced to pay the west location even more bcuz if the mix up and misunderstanding not one explained to me from the west location exactly what I needed to do to retify the situation just pay more moneys or get out!! but my things were still in the old room and I can’t retrieve unless I pay 520.00 on top of the $300 I paid ….
i had a mix up in booking my reservation I booked it with the east location and I was in the west location there is absolutely no understanding of the reservation and since I booked with booking which is a 3 party service it was not recognized or preferred so after paying 304.00 for a 3 nite stay with booking I was then told I couldn’t stay there or get my things from the room at the end of a long work day unless I paid them $520.00 becuz the funds paid to booking was not submitted to either of the extended stay locations!! bcuz this is a new location for me I transferred here from out of state to move here for my new job I had no where to go and I don’t have any other funds bcuz my bags at the airport were lost with other cc in it! so I was forced to sleep in my work vehicle!! the young lady there was not very understanding or interested in anything except that I pay the $520 before she would allow me to book another nites stay!!! if booking won’t refund the moneys I’ve spent or send the funds to the hotel I’m totally homeless at this point until I find a place to move into! this is a useless service if I’m unable to contact anyone (number listed on email says the voicemail is full which is unacceptable)
i emailed and requested a refund no call back or response from anyone!!

it was cozy and convenient.
There was hair on the sink and shower.

I always enjoy my stay at this location.
The prices can be a bit over priced for weekends. Should offer discounts more often.

Love the kitchen area.
A stove with a oven is fantastic.
Parking not always convenient

We really enjoyed the room and it's layout/design. It was more like being in an efficiency apartment than a large hotel room with a refrigerator and a stove stuck in the corner.
That it took 15 minutes to get the front desk attendant to the desk to check in.

Great location.
We didn’t have towels and the fridge was not cold. The freezer worked fine.

Rooms were dirty and people in rooms across the hallway were moving out and had old food and dirty diapers laying all in the hallway. Roaches crawling everywhere. And the entire floor smelled like smoke. We arrived late so had no choice but to stay one out of 4 night. Next day we left and stayed at another hotel. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at anywhere..they should be ashamed of the way they are keeping their property.

The staff was very attentive and caring.

Location was ok but too close to the road so there was noise from traffic
The linens were old and tattered, the TV in my room did not work but the front desk was able to move me to another room. The walls are too thin and you could hear all the “activities” in neighboring rooms. I’d give it a C

Was charged ba smoke fine for a incense due to mildew smell in room.
