Reasonable
Lobby had a unique smell. Rooms were dated. Curtain on the closet was broken. Window wouldn't close completely. Had to kill a few bugs.
3.1
Location
There were small roach like bugs everywhere in the halls the bathroom and near the bed.
3.1
The location was good.
The room was not very clean. No coffee maker in room, not even any cups. No ice trays. Pool door was locked at all times…required staff to open every time, whether coming or going. Breakfast was awful. Ran out of coffee and only dry packages of grits. Overall very poor experience. Will definitely NOT be rebooking there.

Staff was friendly. Kitchen space and dining area with microwave and stove just felt more at home. Felt great. Dishes and things needed at front desk was easy.
Only issue was could not find trash in hallways of where to dispose of.
3.1
location, price, and safety. I felt very comfortable there being a woman alone and traveling. the people were friendly, staff and residents alike. I loved being at the end of the hallway as well, right next to the stairwell. pretty quiet for the most part (except the last 2 days due to inconsiderate residents).
I don’t think my room was cleaned, at least not thoroughly. the cups by the sink were dirty (it looked like dried vomit or something on it - not sure), there were blue streaks that seemed to be from a shampoo or conditioner of some sort in the shower, and the couch had spots on it as well. thankfully I bring my own Clorox wipes just in case and got it cleaned up, but I thought it was ironic that my room was “dirty” when they highly advertised their cleaning inspection. the lights on one side of the bed also didn’t work, which was a bit inconvenient considering it was both lights in the center of the room, but not a huge deal. the majority of my stay was perfect aside from this and the last 2 days. someone checked in and had kids running up and down the hallway at 1 am and later and my last day there for HOURS there was someone going from one room and into the room right next door, letting the door slam each time and rattled my door while I was trying to work and conduct meetings. it was constant - no joke every 15-20 seconds because I timed it. once I got out of my meetings I was about to call the front desk but whoever it was finally had the courtesy to decide to stay in one room. not the hotels fault, but I guess not everyone has common hotel courtesy. it’s easy to find your way around. I think having ramps going in for suitcases would be helpful as well, especially if you’re having to bring a bunch of stuff for a longer stay. I think the one next door was flat where you would wheel your stuff in or had ramps, so that would be a great addition. lastly, there wasn’t breakfast for the week that I was there, which was a bummer.

Smelled like pot in the lobby; 2 women screaming at each other out in the hallway at 10:30 pm. Not a great environment at all.
3.1
had a gym albeit baaic
the checkin staff came across as if we were interrupting them. despite having a full kitchen there were zero glasses bowls cutlery etc. When asking for some they were not even able to supply a spoon because there are residents who stay there permanently and apparently not enough to go around.

I DID NOT stay at the property upon seeing the room they gave me. Very musty and tub was very dirty and rusty. And I still have yet to receive a refund and I was there less than 5 min

the location
not hot meals for breakfast

Breakfast coffee was very good. only other options were quick oatmeal or choice of 2 types of muffins
layout of room—why the big boxed wall that took the center out of room??
no equipment for kitchen—-I guess it gets stolen??
needs updated
could not figure how to turn shower water on—-had to have desk personnel come to room

Checked in and the door key would not work, 217. So I went back to the desk. He changed the room. No sheets for the sofa sleeper, blood on the mattres,, shower had hair in it and the shower head was coming off the wall. No hair dryer, wash clothes were dingy looking, not white.
3.1
room was very clean and comfortable
the room had an awful odor of past smokers

Only instant decaf 🤮.
Have real coffee. Front desk person (no name tag) was wonderful. Wish I could say the same about the room. It was FILTHY GROSS. Dead cockroaches on the floor, bathroom was not cleaned. Spider webs in the corners if the walls, down the walls, St Patrick's day toy and other trash on the floor behind the front door. No coffee pot in the room. If you wanted any dishes you had to go to the front desk and ask for them. The exit/entrance door on the side of the building did not lock.

clean
I could not sleep last night. at 3 a.m. there was a fight. outside my room. I ask for 2. and. I don't understand how they couldn't. control that. that fight lasted. like 30 minutes. was. uncomfortable and disturbing. put more attention to such situations.

Nice comfortable room.
Breakfast that was listed as being included was not available. Only offered coffee and a choice of granola bar or packet of oatmeal.
3.1
The staff was very friendly and I felt safe during my stay. I did not hear noise from the other rooms at all.
There was mold on the wall. I didn't notice it until I was leaving. So unhealthy. The room did not feel clean (for example, I did not let my feet touch the floor at all). The toilet seat is very worn and uncomfortable. There was a lot of road noise from outside.
3.1
The breakfast wasn’t ready at the promised time and no creamer was provided and muffins were stale. We asked for a hair dryer twice and never received it.
The towel rack in the bathroom of room 340 is half off the wall. A used washcloth was left in our shower from the previous occupant. No one is ever available At the front desk… always had to call “hello, hello”. No hangers were provided in closet. Carpets are so filthy they made our feet black.

Unfortunately, there was nothing to like. Room smelled like smoke. Didn't look or present as advertised. The front counter staff was the rudest human I've come in contact with. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!!
The room was old and dirty, it smelled like smoke, the toilet leaked, the microwave didn't. None of the kitchen wares were in the room. You had to check them out at the front desk. Never stay at this place!!!

The room was clean when I walked in.
First it took 35 minutes to check us in because the Wi-Fi was down and the pull out sofa bed was broken so the mattress was falling to the floor at the bottom of the bed the room did not have cooking utensils and when I went down stairs to see if they had any and she said no. I had my kids with me so this pissed me off. The hotel was more like an Economic Lodge people were residents there and you could tell. The restroom on the first floor was disgusting the toilet hasn’t been flushed in about a week made the whole first floor lobby area stink!! Hotel needs help and better facilities.
3.1
The location is nice. It's close to the freeway and local amenities. Thanks to the traffic light connected to the property, it's easy to get in and out onto the very busy road in either direction. The room is a nice size.
This is not an extended stay targeting business travellers. This is more of a long-term living arrangement for people unable to meet the requirements for an apartment. The staff seems like to be comprised of people unable to qualify for other jobs. Most of the front-desk staff were either rude, inattentive, absent, or uninformed. Which is a bit of a pain when nearly everything you would expect to be in the room needs to be requested ad hoc at the front desk.

Accessible and near the highway
Property has a roach problem. Roaches were coming out of every crevice and opening. Counted a total of 10 uninvited guests. When the issue was brought up to the night staff we were told to stay in our room until the morning and management would contact us. Never got a call and no one came to pick up the roaches we kill. We found another hotel and stayed there instead.
3.1
Very accessible to all the major routes to go visit, close to malls and restaurants.
I booked and paid for a two bed room since I took my 12 yrs old daughter. I received one bed and a sofa bed that was not comfortable. The reason was that they ran out of two beds room. The toiled was not working properly. Second night there was a roach in the bathtub. The space is reduced and uncomfortable. There is a table in front of the refrigerator and you have to take the chair out to be able to open the door. The microwave stopped working.
