Close to the venue
Small, cramped. Charged more than originally agreed upon for the room and also charged a $20 “self-parking” fee but there is no where to park near the building. What a joke. Will not be back to this facility.

The gym is open 24 hours and although small, it has a decent amount of equipment
The location - as a female lone traveller, I didn't feel safe

Cleanliness, the spa and pool were clean, the restaurant was amazing also. I liked that you had to use your room key in the elevator as an added measure of security.
The tiramisu wasn't big enough. :)

It was almost everything I needed it to be, and anything that I felt was missing was easily obtained by request through calling the front desk.
I nearly slipped in the shower, despite all of the bars to help me stand up. Also the tub is very narrow so someone who needed a shower chair would not be able to use the facilities in this room, that was marketed as accessible. The threshold from the entryway into the bedroom part of the suite was almost too narrow for a wheelchair. These are somewhat minor complaints but I feel that if these issues are rectified, not only would you be more ADA compliant, I would be able to recommend other disabled people to stay here. But right now if they are more disabled than I am, I would not recommend it.

The location for a concert at the Moda center
Paying over $300 fir one night & no breakfast
Except paying $25 for a buffet

Lovely pool area, the snack shop was nice to have on property.
Parking was very limited, however the front desk attendant went above and beyond to give us a spot to park that wasn’t technically a spot.

Breakfast was good. Including service
Location, room size and rate. Breakfast was only 1 guest per day.

I have no complaints about the hotel. Very neat ce place to stay!
Not really a complaint just an observation, the beds were surprisingly high off the ground.

Everything was wonderful from the room to the service, but the hot tub are and pool were not very clean. Not sure if anyone had checked the area prior to 11:40am because there was a lot of glass on the ground around the hot tub from what appeared to be a broken cup and kids toys were still left from previous users. Also, the faucet in the shower room net to the hot tub took over 10 minutes to heat up and was not very user friendly. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay and the price was great for the full experience we had and the location of the hotel couldn’t have been better for many activities and good food!

Checkin process was simple, and access to the hotel pantry was easy. The housekeeping staff was very kind, and helpful!
The staff at checkout were extremely rude. They were not helpful and when i was requesting support with checkout they would not help me. At one point we tried to use the phone in the room to call front desk for more towels and the phone was so staticky sounding and was stuck on speaker phone so I couldn’t hear them - then they sent someone to my room to fix the phone but we were trying to get dressed and out the door, but they kept calling our room and sending people to our door.

Desk staff was friendly, competent, and beyond helpful.

I enjoyed that it was centrally located and had easy access to lots of different stores. The on site parking was convenient for packing and unpacking.
The room was definitely not as nice as it looked in photos online, and the size of the room was pretty poor, and that was we were apparently moved to a larger room. The worst part was the sound proofing, we could gear everything around us. We stayed two nights and in the morning we had to listen to the vacuums and voices of the cleaning staff for a solid couple hours due to how poorly sound proofed the rooms are

friendly front desk, beautiful interior and exterior and loved the staff in the restaurant in the evening. beds were very comfortable! loved the soap and lotion provided.
the restaurant in the lobby during breakfast seemed to be unorganized. we watched people walk out, including ourselves. hot tube/ pool area was dirty: towels everywhere, other guests hair on the ground or in the hot tube itself.

The room and beds were comfortable
less cost for food or complimentary breakfast would have been nice.
