I enjoyed the visit and would return this location again.

I enjoyed the design of the room/hotel and view from the room/balcony. The restroom needs to have some minor aesthetic repairs done, but everything functioned well. It was a relaxing stay.

Minor - The restaurant area closed earlier than listed online.

Heiße Nacht in Palm Springs: 50C plus am Abend

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut für amerikanische Verhältnisse.

Wir waren dort im Juli bei ca 50C Außentemperatur - das Wasser im Pool war nicht gekühlt und es gab keine Duschen.

Kurzer Zwischenstopp - wäre aber auch für mehrere Tage geeignet

Wir waren nur eine Nacht hier. Sah aber alles toll aus - hätte ich mir auch für ein paar Tage vorstellen könne. Super Frühstück.

Beautiful property, check out experience left a bad impression

It was a beautiful space, things were clean and well kept

Upon check out I let the front desk know I was frustrated we didn’t get the room we had booked, I paid for a Mountain View room and we got corner room the starred at the side of the building and the convention center. The front desk simply replied, you booked through a 3rd party site, I will leave a note. I felt that because I booked through a 3rd party site my booking was not important or didn’t matter. We spent a lot of money for that room and I probably wouldn’t book through booking.com knowing I’m not going to get what I paid for.

Fantastic! Gordon & his team truly know how to make their guests feel special! Can’t wait till we get back!

The Manager, Gordon, kean and his coworkers welcomed us in the most professional, friendly and warm atmosphere! We loved our room; very clean, comfortable beds, balcony facing the pool and mountains. Awesome bartender at the lobby’s bar and great service by the pool area as well!

Klantvriendelijk en fijn hotel.

Mooi groot hotel met heerlijk zwembad. De kamer met balkon is heerlijk voor de warme avonden.

De bedden zijn echt aan vervanging toe. Veel matrassen zijn ingedeukt.

It is not advisable to invest in this property due to outdated facilities and insufficiently trained staff members. In the event that issues arise beyond their computerized capabilities, guests may find themselves without adequate support. The dining experience, while satisfactory, does not justify the price point.

Justin and Eka at check in were awesome as were the welcoming team of Gordie and Erin

Lovely updated property big but very quiet and accessible. Amazing staff, accommodated our requests for late check out when the room wasn’t ready. Complimentary welcome drink was great, they even gave little toys to my son with Dosn syndrome. Just excellent all around

Room service was a bit high as was the room tax.

Great location, but it requires some TLC

The location was nice, close to downtown Palm Springs

First and foremost, when I checked in to the hotel. They have asked to pay $ 35 USD for parking, which it didn't indicate anywhere on the website. The manager didn't charge us, given there was nobody in the hotel and the internet was down for 2 days from the hurricane, which I'm ok with... The hallway going into our room was dirty, and the room was typical hotel room, the bed was comfortable. I really liked the gym, no air conditioning, and most of the treadmill needed some work.

Great location, beautiful property, and service staff was friendly and polite. We will definitively be back!

1. There was no “in room” maid service for brining in new coffee and towels each evening. 2. Elevators were very full in the AM and PM and we had to wait for 3 different ones to bring our luggage down on the day of check-out. 3. One of our rooms was not ready when we arrived and the lines in the lobby were quite long. The front desk was supposed to call us to let us know when it would be ready…but they forgot. On a positive note, our parking was comped due to this inconvenience

Fantastic location, customer service, and ambiance. We will be back.

Check-in was smooth and fast. Angela was empowered to give us an upgraded room for our anniversary and we were so surprised and impressed. Our room was modern and clean. Location was fantastic--we parked for 2 nights and never needed the car as we could walk to all meals, bike tour start, casino, movies, shopping. It was fantastic.

We couldn't find the fan nor fan switch for the bathroom. The pool snack/drink service staff closed at 4:41pm when it was listed they would be open until 5pm--need better management for this part of the resort.

Great place to stay!!

Nice and clean. Bar was fun! Property was beautiful and the staff was very nice.

Air conditioning was way too loud and didn’t keep the room at a consistent temp. Was a bit of a walk from downtown (we didn’t rent a car).

Nicer on the outside than the inside...

We thought this hotel was a great value for the money. It's a great location and the pool area, bar and lobby are all really nice.

The A/C in our room didn't work. I called at night and they said nobody could come fix it until morning. Luckily we had a balcony with a sliding glass door so we could open it for the cool night air (and we slept with it wide open at night), but had it been really hot out we would've been in trouble. Additionally, our TV remote didn't work. Everything looks really nice until you get close. I don't think we'd stay here again.

Ac is set up to 70 and room was like 75 inside superhot. We cant sleep.

Im here right now writing this because We cant sleep it’s freaking hot in the room like other comment and i should listen. They already change our room because other room ac is not working but same thing ac is set up to 70 so inside the room is like 75 and we didnt even use our blancket and we’re sweating. I Don’t recommend this hotel.

Super Unterkunft

Wundervolles Hotel in Palm Springs. Nach einem langen Road Trip durch die USA wollten wir ein paar Tage runter kommen und Kräfte sammeln für die nächsten Kilometer. Dafür haben wir uns für dieses Hotel entschieden und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Wir sind früher angereist und konnten ohne Probleme bereits einchecken und haben sogar noch ein Upgrade erhalten. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bereitet. Sie Zimmer sind sauber und gemütlich. Aus dem Bett wollte ich nie wieder aufstehen. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert wunderbar und die Toilette ist ebenfalls sehr sauber. Der Poolbereich ist groß, sehr erholsam und sauber

The bed was a little bit soft and we couldn’t control the temperature of the room so it was a bit cold.

Bed sheets and towels smells like sewage. Ac is loud every time it kicks on. Water runs brown. Tub doesn’t drain. No do not disturb sign. There’s coffee but no cups. Sliding door handle is broken. Door has to be slammed to shut all the way. There was left over decorations from previous people. Just over all, not a pleasant stay.
