The location is really good. Very close to everything!
The first day they put us in a room where we had to hit the shower handle really hard to turn the water on! And the tub was clogging so we requested a new room but the service was bad.

Liked the location and being able to walk to restaurants and shops. Pool was OK. Restaurant staff was very friendly and accomodating.
Did not like the super loud DJ music at the pool. It was too loud. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable.
7.0
The space of the room and location of the property.
The housekeeper forgot to collect bathroom towels that she left in the living area.

Customer Service was horrible. We were finally comped our entire stay due to all the problems listed below:
*Check-in was horrible. A trainer took all of our information and charged deposit and 100 per night incidentals. We waited almost 3 hours for check-in. When we received email to check-in they didn't have our information. Checked us in again, but CC was declined. Called our finance, they said they were pending charges. Finance increased CC to allow us to check-in. Upon check-out looks like 2 additional rooms were still accounted for, would have been nice to know as our rooms weren't in working order at all. Again, spoke with them saying NO we never entered those rooms and would have love to have been moved to a real room earlier in the process. Manager wasn't available during any of this process.
*1 room there was no hot water for 2 days, finally moved me to a bubble room (adjoining room). We called every night and day to notify them problem wasn't resolved. AC didn't work day 1.
*1 room had no AC day 1. Engineering fixed the problem.
*1 room smelled like sewage, we notified them of problem and AC didn't work day 1. Engineer went up to room, said it was to be not in service - moved to bubble room on last night of stay.
Lastly, a security guard walked in on one room late at night and scared the daylights out of my co-worker. He said, he had to check it out because the room said VACANT. We notified front desk of the problem and asked questions regarding incident.
This was the worst stay we have ever had, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff, MR. TJ and MR. Ocean were amazing. Great people and they definitely made you feel like we were at the four seasons.
The lack of cleanliness of the rooms. I had to switch from 239 to 534 because there was a roach in 239 and I was with my wife and children. Not a good start to our first time staying here.

Good distance to Palm Springs Ariel Tram. Walking distance to nearby restaurants.
Room assignment—on the second floor. The website said breakfast was included, but we were given a separate bill which was confusing.

Loved the suite room, views. Very quiet room. Staff was great. Front desk clerk, Citlalli made sure we were taken care of.
Valet was fast and friendly. Woud stay at this property again.
Only 1 operating elevator was a little inconvenient.

They didn’t clean our rooms for days at a time with no towels

The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Room was spacious with good facilities. Restaurant was good too - surprising that more folks don't use it but this may be because of the early evening close times. The Location is superb, more or less right in the centre and has an easy ride to the airport - Uber was only $15 including $3 airport fee.
No complaints!

Upon our arrival, we were greeted enthusiastically by the Concierge to unload our luggage and whilst checking in, Juan, of the Front Desk staff, offered my wife and myself a glass of wine each, that we readily accepted and chatted while we checked in. He did a wonderful job without any issues. The manager Jess was also very courteous & friendly toward us.
It was roughly 100F that day and we thought we would like a swim in the pool to cool down a bit, but the pool water was also quite warm and understandably so due to the Summer weather & temperature. It was great anyway and I understand that is to be expected.

We could only stay one night due to approaching hurricane. Hotel waived the last two nights. I will only pay for one night $300.54. Approved by Hyatt. Thank you.

The location was great, checking in was easy and staff was super friendly
Our room was not clean properly, their were oranges candies on the side of the sofa that were never cleaned up. Our bathroom door in room #323 did not work. It didn’t want to close and when we did, it was super hard to open. The A.C in the room was sooo bad, the room felt so hot all night and never got cold! It was really disappointing because we never felt comfortable enough. The pool is nice but not big enough for the amount of ppl you have in the hotel. Also, it was soooo dirty, after 7pm there were no staff out there picking up trash by the pool, food and drink containers were everywhere, dirty towels were lay everywhere and no clean towels were available when we needed them. Again, location is good but we will not be returning back to his hotel.

comfy bed!!
our room was enormous and awesome, but needed some remodeling- the bathroom was very old and the mini bar area had some cabinets falling apart. I think because it was an executive suite that is probably not a priority for most guests it has been overlooked. we were put in that room due to issues with our intended VIP King suite . there were no other available rooms in our class so the front desk staff upgraded us to that room.

it was great that Hyatt was right in the heart of downtown. this gave us access to everything we need.
Hyatt seriously needs to upgrade literally everything in this hotel. Room amenities were very poor. TV was not working properly. Sofa bed mattress was very dirty but we put sheets on top and slept since it was one night. Toilet doesn’t flush properly so you need to put some effort into it. I’m sure they can earn more if they go through it. this hotel has great potential if the management can make an investment into upgrading the facilities

We were able to check-in early and to use the pool on our arrival day. The room was very spacious, well furnished and with a nice balcony. Choose the option with breakfast included, you get a dish and a beverage from the restaurant and the food is fresh and well prepared.
