great location, front desk staff (Nolan) was very helpful, rooms were spacious, clean and comfy.

spacious rooms, nice pool and even fruit picking which was a hit for the kids!

we liked the covered parking option to keep the car cool- just a tight squeeze

Out whole family loves this place--from kids to 85 years!

We had room #427 this year, and again everything was lovely. The resort is kept very clean and well maintained by the staff who genuinely seem happy to be working there. They are extremely pleasant, courteous, and helpful. There were some ants in one of the corners by the pool and we told maintenance. The boss and a worker were out within 10 minutes of our letting them know there was a problem. They sprayed a little and took care of that ant hill immediately! You can't ask for anything better than that. The whole family loves this place and was so happy we stayed there again this year. We've already planned another visit in 6 months time, because we can't wait a whole year.

A little more temperature regulation on the Jacuzzis would help. It's Palm Springs and things get really really hot of course. But the jacuzzi is sometimes way too hot to be able to be enjoyed.

Would stay again! If $150 or less per night

Very good location 5 minutes from the heart of Downtown Palm Springs. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. The rooms look exactly like the pictures which is always a pleasant surprise. Very large two bedroom, two bath unit--Fully stocked kitchens, nice patios, barbecues, and pool area.

A couple of minor things needed repair in our unit. One towel bar in one bathroom was loose. The front plastic panel on the dishwasher was coming off and had been "partially" repaired once which was not adequate. There was never any complementary coffee or tea/water/soft drinks. The "happy hour" was absolutely awful with only red or white house wine in little plastic cups.

Pool hours, our keys to enter the apt were deactivated at 9 am not even check out time yet, some outlets didn't seem to work.

Will Stay Again!

What a great property! Centrally located in Palm Springs and only 10 minutes from the airport. Groceries and CVS a block away. The units are much larger than we expected, with lots of living area. Beds were very comfy. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils. Safe also provided. They units are soundproof-never heard a neighbour. Two heated pools, two hot tubs, tennis court, table tennis, a gym and a small putting green to keep everyone busy. The grounds are beautiful and well tended. Centrally located BBQs and laundry facilities. The staff were SO friendly and helpful. Definitely the best I’ve ever encountered. Kudos to them.

good location, quiet, large unit.

Very clean. Unit large and very nice. Decorations a bit sparse so felt a little less than homey. I couldn't find any dishes in the kitchen (didn't look a lot) - glasses but no plates but there were some pots and silverware. I am thinking the scarcity of decorations was perhaps so people would not have things to steal. But it was actually quite large and nice, just could have been decorated better. Just felt they used a mediocre decorator.

There did not appear to be any creamer for coffee (there was a pot and coffee but I did not make it because I don't like black coffee. Didn't see plates for eatting (but they may have been hidden somewhere as I did not climb to look in all cabinets).

There wasn't breakfast. We liked the location. It was a great room. There was a bench in front of our room by the putting green. That was great. We had a complaint and waited a bit for the maintenance person to come by. He was very nice, explained why the water was not hot and took such a long time to heat up.

We had to run the hot water a long time in order to get it to the room. Showers were lukewarm - we did dishes in lukewarm water. We tried to put our car in the garage but it was way too tight so parked outside. which was ok.

Awesome

Well layed out, having the pool at the bottom of our stairs was a bonus. Loved having a kitchen. Helpful front desk staff. Great restuarant recamendation. The covered parking was a great bonus.

Great, we'll be back.

Units are spacious, fully equipped, two bedroom apartments/condos. This property makes an ideal home away from home. Second bedroom and bath has nice separation from rest of floor plan, great for kids, guests, etc.

Unit was not as sqeaky clean as we expected (and has experienced in the past). In light of the virus, we expected better.

Not truly a resort, but fine if one doesn't spend much time on property

Good location. Spacious. Staff responsive via TEXT. Good kitchen amenities and accessories.

Cleaniness of apartment when checking in. $75 Safety Fee though did not see that anything was done to sanitize apartment or common areas. Two dressers had drawers that did not function well. Living room sofa not comfortable with no throw pillows. No views, even though mountains are all around, though this is the way complex was constructed. Heating and cooling is uneven.
