Located next to the mall. Very clean property

Passable

They were able to upgrade my room.

Room could use more lighting and there was no microwave. The fridge was the smallest I have ever seen in a hotel. The tv wasn’t working.

In general not satisfy for what I charged for one basic room

I did booked the room with breakfast but when in the morning my partner went to grab a coffee for us while get ready to check out the person saying I put in room! But on my check out I told front desk and she said we don’t have and our computer need update. Any way she give me $10 voucher to grab something right there on rush to go.

The parking lot too small have hard time to find parking. location wasnt that great specially with constraction around it.

Close to the highway, gas stations and food. Friendly staff.

Having to pay for breakfast when it says it’s included and the options are slim. For the price I think they should include breakfast. Over $10 for a cup of coffee and a tiny piece of coffee cake. You’re better off buying breakfast elsewhere.

Be prepared to be woken up by staff…

It was a hotel that we could stay at…

Your ad said breakfast was included, there was no such breakfast included unless I wanted to order from the cafe there and pay for it. Checkout was at noon, however we were woken up by housekeeping at 9am to see if we were still there. Had a sign on the door to let us rest and even had the lock thing up (which clearly doesn’t work). Very bad experience.

Nice, clean, room was comfortable.

No breakfast as advertised. Muffins and other pastries was all available. Saw staff very rude to other guests: rolling their eyes when they weren’t looking, sighing and making snarky comments. It was very rude.

Exceptional

It was clean and shiny and modern and well cared for - sleek and beautiful. The restaurant food was excellent - especially the French toast - had to ask for recipe - best I ever had.

It was freezing cold in lobby/restaurant/public seating area. Uncomfortable.

The bed was nice, the fridge was exceptionally cold and just felt very nice.

The only thing I didn't like was the lighting, the only thing we could turn on were the lamps, the roof lighs were ether blinking or it wouldn't turn on at all.

The location of the hotel was excellent. The staff were excellent. The room was large and quiet.

Breakfast was not very good and was very limited.

Just the breakfast and the pool area was not relaxing at all. This was about 10 pm.

Price for a Sunday night was affordable, loved the location.

Breakfast was one cold muffin that some nice lady offered to warm up and some coffee that was a bit sour. There were some cold bananas that weren't quite ripe. Breakfast area was nice but supposably you can't find anyone to work? I would think a Marriott could afford to pay someone a decent wage and provide the service we all like and have come to expect.

Guess I covered that in the first box Did note that your maintenance man needs to learn to use the right color caulk in the bathroom. If you're going to spend a lot of money decorating and being first class, you don't use plain white caulk around the shower when a gray, glaze is in the seams. Come from a building family, so will always pay attention.

disappointing

it’s easy to reach

tv was broken, thus I had to change the room. in that new room the cupboard door always opened (= old furniture). it was not very clean. breakfast was included but the bistro was closed: muffins & coffee is not a breakfast! I wasn’t eligible to collect Bonvoy points. Summary: this hotel is a disgrace to the „by Marriott“ brand. My recommendation to Marriott: Take care of the quality instead of the quantity of locations, or it will backfire. I was very dissatisfied and disappointed.

the “free” breakfast included in my room only means a coupon for $10 off, not a basic breakfast selection that easily went over the $10 value so ended up having to pay. no other Marriott on my trip did this, all the others had fruit/buffet style breakfast which were fantastic. I stayed at a different brand hotel in Sioux Falls on my way back through because of this.
