I really liked this hotel and would stay there again.

I really liked how clean it was and that is the most important thing to me. I loved the affordable price.

The breakfast wasn’t that good but for the affordable price we paid it was ok. My husband didn’t like how firm the bed was but I thought it was fine.

Quiet and comfortable

It was very quiet

The floor in the bathroom was really slick after you shower in the handicap room! Shower floor was got just not the bathroom floor and filter in ac was very dirty

Would not come back to this hotel

Up-to-date decoration. Clean.

Elevator out of order at check in. Annoying and hard to carry luggage to 3rd floor. Unpleasant front desk at check in and out. As a customer, we have to work with the hotel system for not getting a receipt!

Perfectly fine for a 1 night stay with friend staff

Did not have breakfast. Check in was quick. Mostly quiet. Was near the pool so it smelled a bit like cholerine until the pool was closed for the night.

Seemed to only have 1 cart for luggage and it wasnt available while loading up for the most part.

Very disappointed.

After a 13 hour ride, we booked this hotel because it had a hot tub. After completing our check in, the attendant notified us that the hot tub wasn’t available. I feel the room should have been discounted. Also, the breakfast that had great reviews was one of worst we’ve experienced.

As above, an operational hot tub and a better breakfast.

Nice and clean

The staff was very nice and helpful. Very nice lobby and clean rooms 👍🏻

There was a squatter trying to get into the hotel and knocked on our window and door in the middle of the night. Not really the hotels fault though.

It is a great place to stay as it has everything you need in the room that you would be able to use.

I thought the room was great at the America Inn by Wyndham in Sioux Falls, SD. I thought the facility and the room we stayed in were clean, but the bed mattress could have been a little softer. The bathroom had a curved shower curtain and a fan that had worked which I thought was great. I really like that they had Dove products for use in the bathroom because I love Dove products and that is what we use at home.

The beds could have had a softer mattress, and the toilet seat was loose which needed to be tightened as it moved when you sat down on it.

Basically a decent place to stay but could use a little more care in upkeep and maintenance.

Good location for my purposes. Friendly staff. Reasonably comfy bed and bedding. The bathroom was clean and there were plenty of towels.

Television didn’t work. The upholstered chair/ottoman had some odd looking stains on the fabric. The microwave didn’t work. It might not have been plugged in but the outlet wasn’t visible or accessible to me. The hand lotion in the bathroom was more than half empty.

Tired

The location and help

I didn't like that our room keys didn't work. The staff came to let us in, after we were in the room the toilet was dirty, empty cigarette pack by tv. The tv sound didn't work. Our arrival time was after midnight we were tired and requested to be moved to another room. We moved next door, but the room keys didn't work again. The front desk staff was very apologetic and tried to make sure we were accommodated.

This hotel was not as sound proof as other American Inns I have stayed at.

Large roomy bathroom

The location was close to interstate and the bathroom was very roomy. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

The air conditioner seemed quite loud. Staff was a little slow in the morning refilling/stocking items at the breakfast and it did not seem overly busy.
