Quiet, clean, convenient. Pleasant overall.

No breakfast. That kinda sucked, and adds to my resentment of having PAYED EXTRA just because demand was higher.

Did NOT like being OVER billed due to demand. I understand that you do it because everyone else does it, but I still consider it extortion.

There’s not really much for amenities. There’s no work out room or pool . The girl at the front desk when checking n was obviously training which is fine but her attitude through the entire process since we walked through the door and checking in was really off putting . She had a bad attitude. The hotel itself looked like it needed repairs in the halls and our room was clean but smelled bad . The room was clean though so that’s good

Very Disappointing. Don't Recommend.

No continental breakfast. Paid a hundred and forty dollars for 1 night with no breakfast and room is very basic. Supposed to be a handicapped room but the closet rack was the same height as for someone standing. The shower was a climb in the tub, not a roll in. The only door to enter was the front door. The back door had a sign saying enter in the front and the door knob was taken off. The room smells. We could of stayed at a discount hotel for a lot less small and the same quality or better. I would move but we prepaid online.

Price was way too much for what you get. Breakfast was at a cost and was a prepackaged meal you microwaved! Toilet would not shut off unless you raised the handle after every use. Filthy behind the beds, wrappers and previous visitors water bottles and junk under the bed which our dog promptly brought to us. YUCK!

We will return and hope that the management remains as good and thorough!

I appreciated the cleanliness of the entire facility! Everything was comfortable, in good repair, and cleaner than anything we had stayed in for a long time! Gooooood management and housekeeping!! The kitchen was helpful and the large recliner was nice.

Outdoors areas could have used a little tidying up.

would be open to staying in a My Place again.

the rooms were clean. liked the half kitchen (even though unused). staff was friendly.

location wasn't the best, couldn't make a left turn onto a main street. homeless encampment in the parking lot.

A pleasant stay at My Place without any surprises at the end of the day. haha

My family loved having the kitchen in the room itself. It helped us cut the expenses for the whole trip. Amazing!!!

I wish breakfast was not charged separate. Breakfast should be included as part of the fee already paid for the rooms.

Clean room and sheets. AC worked.

Bath tub water didn't go down fast. Think it was clogged up. Not too big of a problem.

Easy access to our room and close proximity to the show we traveled to see.

The only issue was a broken entry door that could not be opened from outside. It did close so all was good.

Staff gave us the right room, bookings gave us a room for hearing impaired not wheelchair.

Only had 4 spot's for wheelchair and were full hill both ways. No Breakfast!
