Very nice exercise room. Small kitchen in the room.
Would have liked an indoor pool.

The space of room
Cleanliness was a big factor. The pool was filthy and some areas as well. I also felt unsafe. Our room key was given to another guest. People walked in on us and we’re playing at the door during the night.

Sasha who served breakfast was an absolute delight. I'd stay there again just because of her. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful.

Room was spacious and clean. Hotel was quiet
didn't know there would be a parking fee. Would've been nice to know before booking. Don't think it's necessary, not limited parking. Bed was supposed to be a queen but was definitly a full vs queen.

Location was central to where we needed to be to help our son move into his school apartment.
I was surprised to have been charged to park our car in the hotel lot the two nights of our stay. I have never been charged to park a car at an accommodation before. The "complimentary breakfast" was lacking. Nothing was hot, the choices were limited and it was not at all what we were expecting.

The room had two separate bedrooms which was great for a family of 5. The woman running the breakfast area was incredibly nice and friendly!
Small things were missing like a trash can in one of the bathrooms and a blanket or comforter on one of the beds. Literally had 2 sheets on it and that's all. No extra bedding anywhere in the room. Not even a throw pillow. We called ahead and were promised a crib and when we got there, they said someone else was using it and we might not get it. We eventually did but with a tired toddler, we didn't have time to wait for their decision. Additionally, while we brought our 12 pound dog and are dog people, our room smelled horribly of dirty dog. With $100 dog fee, you'd think they could clean the room better. Everything was just a little worn, needs a facelift. One door was cracked, fridge dented, appliances and cabinet finish wearing off. Plus the couch was extremely uncomfortable.

Location was good, next to highway, restaurants, gas station and drug store.
When we first got to the hotel the woman at the front desk wasn’t the least bit friendly. She asked for ID and Card and handed us our room key and that was it. Didn’t greet us or tell us the cost or anything which was strange, every hotel I’ve been to does that. Even if I’ve already paid online they confirm it with me. Then we went up to our room and it was dirty. The floors felt dirty in the kitchen, all the silverware/dish ware provided had food still on it. The bathroom was the dirtiest. There was toothpaste running down the front of the cabinet as if someone missed the sink when they spit the shower floor was disgusting and hair in the shower by the drain and on the shower walls. The pillows were as thin as a piece of paper and there were no extra blankets which made for a very cold night, luckily I had a couple in my car. One outlet was very unsafe with multiple things plugged into it and wires were bent because of how many there were plugged into the one outlet. It made me feel pretty uneasy. The hallways had an unpleasant I’m not sure if it was other occupants or what. Every time we walked outside their was an employee standing right at the door smoking, that should be done away from the building, not right next to the door. We wasted our money at this hotel. Very disappointed.

adequate for the grab and go with nice assortment. It's much nicer when there is hot food items available, but not possible now with Covid restrictions.
After checking in later at night, the room AC was way to cold and took a long time for room to warm up. Such a shame to over air condition rooms when energy should be conserved in summer. That got resolved next day, but first night was uncomfortable. Front desk gladly supplied us with extra blanket upon request.

Convenient location. Nice workout room.
Room hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly. Crumbs on the couch, socks left on the floor.
