Location

Rooms were not clean. Was on first floor windows would not lock. Outside screen was open about 4” and would not shut. Walking out in front of entrance, people smoking marijuana. Felt very uncomfortable. Front end staff just walking in my room at 10 o’clock at night without a knock just unlocking my door. Felt very uncomfortable in this facility. Will never stay there again! Had a service dog they would not honor made me pay for her. When I booked this property I had spoken to somebody and they had said yes that my service dog would be free. Pricing for this facility was really expensive, rooms were dirty, not clean, no remote for TV, when asked, they handed me a remote it would not program. Ask the employee to come down and fix it she said she would, she never did never had a TV the three days that I said there. The rooms are very dated. My room was not clean had hair in my bathtub ( gross). I have never felt so unsafe at a place before!! Especially your staff walking in without even knocking. Totally on excusable!!!

Terrible

The AC would make a super load droning noise for at least 5 minutes at a time. So loud you could feel the room vibrate. Smelled terrible as soon as I checked in. Front desk people made me feel like a nuisance with every interaction.

Breakfast was the worst only oatmeal and coffee no varieties.

Rude staff, room was not clean.

My stay was unsafe - dirty, dirty, hairy, and disgusting - do not stay here

No breakfast - just coffee.

Not clean 2nd floor smelled like many people were smoking weed Room dirty - Hair in bathroom - carpet dirty - musty smell to room Strange people lingering in lobby / laundry room / parking lot. Unsafe - dirty - overpriced - GROSS!

wont ever stay there again.

arrived for a two day stay the first night we went to take a shower and the water was cold and wouldnt warm up. we went down to the office and asked if it could be fixed and we were told that they only had one boiler working and that they knew our rooms shower wasn't working. even though the two sinks had hot water. we asked if there was another room we could have and we were told that they were completely booked up but they would come the next day to try to fix it. the lady we talked to was very rude and told us if we were just trying to get a free room it wasn't happening, all we wanted was a hot shower after 5 hours of traveling. she also told us that this was ridiculous and she shouldn't have to deal with this. we had a wedding to go to the next day when we came back the shower wasn't touched. the water was still cold. so for two days we weren't able to take a warm shower in our hotel room!

I was shocked by the tap on the chair and the smell of the place

the lobby smell awful---the room had tapped chairs - the beds were so uncomfortable. The toilet had a stair in it! The room was clean but did not smell very good...

Can't beat it for any less than TWICE the price.

Friendly and relatable staff, willing to take action when needed. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Above average bathrooms especially for the price. Also, a rude manager at the front desk has been replaced with some very friendly and easy going people.

One room, room 200, had an ant problem at the time of stay. I recommended an exterminator. I've stayed in probably 10 other rooms that did not have this problem. Some toilets needed some minor maintenance but it wasn't anything that hurt the quality of stay, at this price the upkeep/maintenance is much better than average

Nightmare on Elm st. Freddie Kruger house.

Everything the sink was clogged up pubic hairs in the shower. toilet wouldn’t flush and sheets dirty room smells funny stay away from this place!!

Never stay here again. The furniture is so run down. Smelly Hallways smelled of smoke.

Even though there were dogs staying rooms, aside from some galloping above us it was relatively quiet

Beat up furniture. Stained curtains. Rusty refrigerator. Broken shower curtain. Totally doesn’t reflect what I would expect for the relatively well off area that it’s in

They charged me for an extra night and argued with me that they did not despite the screen shots of the charges. No kitchen supplies or utensils. No hair dryer. Wifi is not free if you need it for streaming or video calls or meetings It's $2 an hour. People live there full time and they are trashy, loud, smoking Marijuana inside the facility. The bathroom was dirty. The room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. I booked this room for quiet work space and located near a couple places I wanted to shop. I spent more money than originally intended because I not only wasted money on food that I was unable to cook. I had to go out and buy food AND A HAIRDRYER that I didnt need.

perfect for what we needed

The location and price for last minute booking.

I got a call from the front desk at 2am because someone thought an alarm was coming from my room. Scared me. Suppose to be a smoke free facility, but our floor smelled like cigarettes.
