The person that helped me at check in was great she was very nice and helpful. The rooms are large and it was quiet.
I did not have enough towels and the bed wasn’t made properly….. I had no real sheets and one of them was dirty so I took it off of the bed and just slept without it. The tv looked like it was going out because it has several black lines down the screen which made it not the best to watch. I wasn’t given a privacy please door sign and they kept on trying to come in my room while I was sleeping but had the lock on it so they couldn’t get in….. I was leaving right at check out and then cleaning lady was a little rude and was rushing me out and staring at me getting my stuff and watching me take it to the car.

I have accessibility issues and the room was perfectly situated. The room was clean and comfortable. When I say clean, I mean everything was spotless. The staff was exceptional, especially Roberta at the front desk and Crystal the breakfast attendant/front desk. Both of them bent over backwards to make sure all the guests were happy. If I owned my own business, I would hire the both of them immediately.
A little more information could be posted in the laundry room. It would be nice to have the coins and the soap available there.

Nice to have a pool. Nice breakfast. Clean and comfortable room. Some shops and food options are walking distance.
All the utensils, plates and cups at the breakfast buffet were disposable. I would love it if they had a more sustainable option.

Breakfast was great, Room was nice and spacious. Location was great
Crystal in the breakfast area is not professional or respectful at all. She is very rude. While eating breakfast she was bad mouthing the guests to the front lady. She was making rude comments and just had a horrible attitude.
The parking was always full. It was a challenge to find a parking spot.
Upon checking out, the next day they put a hold of over $1120.00, when I called and spoke to the representatives as well as the general manager, they do not see the charge. Frustrated because we left that room spotless... I loved everything else about them. This is a huge let down:/. Great place but not worth the hassle....

Great location. Like the style of hotel, did get this time a one bedroom, but I have used the two bedroom before and they are great. Breakfast was good, changing an item in the hot menu any other day. Coffee always good. If you are new to Sonesta, they only do room cleaning service once a week, so if this is Ok for you then you are fine.
They are now charging $5 dollars for parking each day. This was new to me, indeed was mentioned in the policies section, but pre-pandemic they didnt use to charge for parking. Outside the room was a bit messy due to the trees, we stayed 4 nights and there was no maintenance.

The suite met all expectations.
I didn’t understand the 5.00 a day parking fee. This wasn’t appreciated for our short two night stay.

Except for 1 person, the staff were friendly and kind. Loved the bed and full kitchen. The ice maker was an unexpected bonus. The breakfast buffet was really nice except for the day that the offering was just biscuit and gravy with no meat.
I had upstairs family whose children were loud and running back and forth across the floor until about 10:30 pm making it hard to get to sleep. Also has trouble with TV reception during most of my stay.

The Jacuzzi was broken. There was someone living at the hotel that was making me uncomfortable.

Bed was comfortable. Love the sheet/blanket configuration. Way better than just a sheet and thin blanket. Full size fridge was great. Nice and quiet, too.
No luggage stands! There was nothing at all to put your luggage on, which is very disappointing. . When I called the front desk to ask, she just stated that "we're a "hospitality hotel", so we don't have them in any of the rooms.". No clue what that even means. If anything, a "hospitality hotel" should have more amenities, not less! There were 2 closets, one without a hanger bar, so only a tall shelf above on which to lay your clothes. Then, the toilet didn't flush properly. You had to hold the handle down the whole time, then do that again 2-4 more times to get the paper to go down!

The breakfast was good. They are back to cooking the food now, instead of a bag meal. We stay here a lot, about 4 to 5 times a yr. because it's close to the Gaslight Theater, where we have season tickets.
The room was cold, thank goodness we had an oven in the room. We did tell them about the heater not working and we used the oven to keep the room warm. It worked OK.

It’s a mediocre rental at best.
Kitchen is nearly worthless though appliances do work.
Basically it’s a large hotel room with side kitchen.
I thought it overpriced.
