Not the best

Location close to construction site

Other guests fighting all night, no breakfast even though website says they have it, no pool, not in the best neighborhood.

Location and the staff was really nice 😃

That it is advertised with a pool and free breakfast, but the pool has been filled in with concrete, and they no longer do the free breakfast.

Don't stay here if you want to relax

The shower, even through it was small. This was the worst experience of staying in a hotel/motel

Everything. One of the beds was broken. The sheets was too big so it kept coming off. The air didn't work properly. The staff was unfriendly. There was banging all night that could be heard in the room as if it was in the room. Door latch was broken couldn't close the door properly.

Wasn’t there for breakfast, had to leave a three am for dr appointment.

Place to sleep not horrible but not good either!

Cleanliness of rooms is ok in main areas but under bed behind furniture is bad. No TP or wash clothes. Staff was excellent checking in and HK was good when i requested TP and wash clothes. Cigarette smell was strong in hallways. Great staff

VeryPeacefully and comfortable.

Great location awesome friendly staff. The restaurant onsite Delizioso Pizza is amazing!!! The Gyro Pizza alone is incredible!! Reasonable rates, bus line right out front very convenient comfortable place for extended stay like we are. 👍

They had a problem with a pipe bursting Wich could happen to any business we were offered a different room at a sister hotel in Havelock but we declined the problem was quickly and efficiently repaired but the minor inconvenience was nothing compared to the friendliness and hospitality the staff has treated us with from housekeeping to management. Very strongly recommend the hotel to travelers on a budget seeking quiet comfortable clean accomodations.

meh. Facility has lots of potential, but not managed and maintained properly.

The effort made by the onsite staff - E+ for Effort, but tact is work in progress.

I waited an hour to get checked in after a long drive to NE. I was finally found somewhere in their system-verse, by someone in Alabama. Staff on duty got me a room that was available ("aka" was really not meant to be assigned). They were not expecting me. It was almost 2 am & we just wanted rest (too late to go out searching for another place). My kids also felt the effect. I got switched to another bit more pleasant room the next day.
