Only there to sleep. Room didn't appear cleaned from last person who stayed

Dirty towel left in room. Tub wasn't clean.

When I arrived the Customer service representative advised no rooms available and would not refund my money ..

I had a room booked but when I got there they gave it to someone else and I had to find another motel!!!

Very poor

There was no soap in the bathroom or room at all so couldnt wash my hands, there was no top blanket for the bed so only had sheets to sleep with and got cold in the room. Also there was very little breakfast only bagels and juice, and that was picked over. $155 for one nigbt was a ripoff, should have paid $70 at the most for what we got

I was not able to get a room

I was able to book the room providing my location unfortunately was informed at the desk that I can’t get the room due to be a local resident. It’d be proper if I wasn’t able to book in the first place, not having that knowledge. I pretty much gave them free money only getting back half what spent as a refund

I booked two double rooms. I was charged for two double rooms. We got two single rooms. They fixed one room & moved

the tv was too small for the size of the room and the remote for the air conditioner didn’t work from a certain distance

Fine hotel for one-night stay, great staff

Bed was very comfortable and a good room overall. Very helpful reception lady - had an issue with the room door lock, she went to quickly prepare a different room and got me moved

Breakfast is ok but *very* basic (tea/coffee or juice and a pastry).

Disappointing.

Location was sketchy. First you saw was signs that said they weren't responsible if your car got damaged or stolen. Booking.com said "hot breakfast" included but it wasn't. Only a muffin. Very misleading.

It was close to the dental college that I needed to be to early in the morning

Room was very outdated, bed was VERY firm and little amenities, no breakfast served.
