The room was clean, but… The grounds need some attention

The grounds really need some maintenance… When you drive in first impressions are very important when you see weeds and grass past your ankles and bark in front of the entrance door, it makes you wonder about the place that you are staying

Went to the property they told me I couldn't check in early but there was nothing on the website. Nothing on the door. There was a sign by the counter saying that they don't take early check-ins but I had already pay you for Uber and then I had to pay for another Uber to get to go somewhere else

There needs to be something on the website saying that they don't allow early check-ins and that way it doesn't waste their time or other people's time

Decent, but would not return or recommend.

I appreciated that the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The photos of the hotel include a pool. It is in fact permanently closed. The pool was the contributing factor to booking this hotel over others in the area. The door to open the hotel room consistently caused issues with the keys consistently resulting in having to try multiple times/ being locked out. It resulted in going back to the front desk to request another key which still malfunctioned. The remote batteries were dead (another trip to the front desk). Alongside this the carpet is worn throughout the hallway and the toilet tank was cracked. There was no holder for toilet paper. As individual items, no big deal, but it all compounded to feeling like it was absolutely not worth the $180 paid for the night.

The stay was OK. Items mentioned above made it less comfortable.

Location and breakfast were fine. Staff was very friendly. Loved that the young man was helping his mother clean up the breakfast area.

The carpets in the halls and rooms need to be replaced. LVP floors are the way to go. The bathroom tub/ shower needs updating too. The room smelled musty.

front desk staff was nice

The first room they gave me, the bathtub was not cleaned had hair all over in it. They moved me to a second room that had a dirty pair of underwear behind the TV.

Disappointed in the quality

The lobby was updated and looked nice. The breakfast was as you would expect for a hotel.

The quality just wasn't what I expected for a Country Inn and Suites. It was very run down, even though it looked like they tried to update certain areas. The landscaping was not kept up, so the curb appeal was less than to be desired. The hotel had a faint smell of smoke and just being old. Lastly, in our room was a used tampon applicator on the floor outside the bathroom. This tells me the cleaning wasn't as detailed as it should be! Very disappointed!

Very helpful front desk. The reservation from booking did not come through and they still brought the price down close to yours

That I spent fifteen minutes filling out info to reserve the room and it was not sent to hotel. They said it was too close to midnight. Maybe just throw in a checkbox for same day checkout. Easy peasy

Wonderful, Restful.and Friendly! Highly Recommend

I liked it all! But this is the type of hotel I worked in, in Utah. I really like most of this type. This was perfect. The staff were friendly and kind - rooms were clean, had a standard microwave and fridge which I need - they had everything I need. It was clean, comfortable....perfect. I HIGHLY recommend it. Check out is noon which I really needed due to business calls. Location was good. Wonderful!

The only thing really was that breakfast was a little dry so some Salsa would have really helped. But that's a very minor issue and it's the only negative thing I experienced I really had a comfortable stay and I was having some personal issues too, so the comfort and space to work that out was the best!

Good value

It was only a block or two off 80 which makes it a very convenient stop. The breakfast was delicious with eggs, sausage, toast, yogurt, cereal and waffles etc.

Very friendly staff but the rooms smell and it's not well maintained.

It's priced low but you get what you pay for.

I enjoyed nothing about this endeavor into Lincoln city during July 23rd through the 25th of 2023. For I never pretentiously booked a room. I had just totaled my vehicle. It put me out of work and also I would have recalled such a nice getaway. Especially sense my birthday is July 21st, and this year I sat at home, and was misurable. I got a happy birthday from the step kids after their mom said tell Corey happy birthday then I I got a phone call from my dad saying happy birthday and I baby sat my girlfriend at the times kids while she cut hair to make money to go do something with me in the evening or get me dinner or something instead I ended up buying my self fast food. Then the entire remainder of the week turned out to be similar to that exact day Stuck at home misurable. I would like a full refund immediately credited to my checking account. Which once you read this reply. Then I’ll give you my new debit card number please and thank you. Have a nice day

Would Stay Here Again! Good breakfast!

Parking Lot - We were hauling a camper. There was plenty of room for us to park with no concerns Breakfast - tons of good options. Biscuits & gravy scarmbled eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, fruit, yogurt, waffles, toast, bagels, juice, etc. Location- we were just passing though, easy access right off highway, didn't have to drive down town with our camper. - 3-4 miles from downtown easy quick Uber ride to get dinner Room - very clean

Breakfast time - Not a make or break, but we are early risers. Breakfast doesn't start till 7 AM on weekends, but they were ready at 6:50, so we got to eat a little early :) Shower - Not a big deal, but shower temperature is difficult to control Wasn't a dislike for us but for travlers awarness there is no restaurants or bars in walking distance of hotel except for mcdonalds

Perfect location for access to the Lincoln Airport, they take guests to the airport as needed. Staff a friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet has hot breakfast options as well as cereal, Joghurt, pancakes.

My bathtub didn’t drain well when taking a shower. Some fruit for breakfast would have been nice.
