Staff and property great, food was horrible, probably would not recommend.

Location, clean, staff were great.

Breakfast was horrible. Didn’t expect anything except a typical hotel breakfast. No bacon, no yogurt, sausage were not tasty, oatmeal was not prepared properly to thick, and t the eggs were cold. The outside grills in the sitting area had not been cleaned and the sitting area over run with flies.

Fantastic!!! Wish I could've stayed longer!!! LOL

Breakfast was great!!! They had things to make breakfast burritos. I don't really care for flour tortillas but there were plenty of other options. I did not leave hungry. I did LOVE the turkey sausage.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. They even had a gated basketball court!!! If I think about it, the apartment building looking into the hotel was a little weird but I also don't live in a big town

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Needs to work on pool and safety issues and it would be great!

The staff was very friendly! My kids loved the basketball court. The location was great. Clean lobby and room. The suite was perfect for my family

The pool was extremely gross! It was so dirty that you couldn’t even see the bottom of the pool. There were no clean pool towels. When we called for room towels we were told that we would need to come get them from the front desk. When we there to get them the staff was just hanging out in the back room. Also the back entrance door remain unlocked our whole stay. Didn’t make us feel very secure.

Nice hotel

We got the 2 queen beds suite and it was big and nice with kitchen dinning table and seating area. Room was clean, the only complain is the beds they are not the most comfortable ones. Location is prefect there's a Walmart within walking distance and OSU is a few minutes away.

The room size makes traveling with children a much happier experience.

The staff was friendly and attentive. They were always on time with the breakfast, which was way beyond the lame "continental" from other hotels. Rooms were spacious and had everything I needed for my stay.

The breakfast was good, and the location was convenient.

We arrived at check-in in the evening (around 9:00pm), and they told us at the time that the air conditioning was broken in our hotel room; the best they could offer was either a refund or a box fan. Seeing as all hotels in town were completely sold out, we had no other option but to accept the box fan for the hot room. If they had called us earlier in the day to give us a heads up, we maybe could've worked out something as an alternate - but apparently we weren't important enough to call and warn! Oh, also, the electronic card key reader was broken, so they gave us a traditional metallic key to open the lock. That isn't something I really care about, but it just speaks to the overall condition of the room.

Excellent hotel

The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a great location. The breakfast was great with a variety of food. They made sure and got the 3 rooms we wanted right next to each other. The rooms were clean and provided everything we needed to cook and clean up after, including a dishwasher. This is the hotel we'll stay at everytime we go to Stillwater.

We spent about an hour and a half in the pool and I left blood prints from the bottom of the pool scrapping several layers of skin off the bottom of my toes and feet. Y'all might want to get it resurfaced because I've still got band-aids on every toe.

I will never stay here again. This location sets a really bad example for the Mariott chain.

The breakfast was horrible. They ran out of food. Oatmeal was watering. No bagels. Eggs are powdered jail looking eggs.

more professional employees. Employees were dressed in sweats and t-shirts. Not in uniform at all. The whole staff needs to be off payroll except for Hazel. This location sets a bad examples for the Mariott chain. If your worried about security there are no security cameras around the building and inside lobby. Not sure if it was “bring your kid to work day” but the whole staff had their kids and babies running in and out of the kitchen and employee break room From what I remember Mariott holds a high standard. I wouldn’t be surprise if six months from now this is shut completely down.
