Will never return to this hotel ever again.

The only positive was the a/c was cold. But even the thermostat did not work properly, so it was either Off or On and when On it was freezing.

This is a low budget motel room that I would rate one step above a Youth Hostile. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

it was gross. the door and baseboards were nasty! there was urine left on the toilet rim. the shower door was broken. there was dog poop on the walk way. when I checked in at 5pm breakfast food was still all over the counter 🤮

The location was the only positive thing

The lock on door was broken off. Our last night we didn't sleep very well just didn't feel safe. There were roaches. The shower door wouldn't close all the way so water got all over floor. The towels looked very dirty. The continental breakfast was a big joke. I remember staying here 2 years ago and it was a very nice place I don't know what happened.

Huge health risk mold dirty

When oped door to room, turned around and left. Room mold NASTY, dirty linens, roaches. It is a scam. No room looks like picture. No refund. Needs to be reported to health department!

So many flies

The people were very nice who ran this motel.

There were several bags of trash that were always left and the trash cans outside were always full. The terrible problem with flies and fruit flies was insane. There were so many flies that you really could not be comfortable and you could spend hours killing them and when you opened the door there would be more. There was also a bad smell in the room.

I will not stay at a Best Value Inn ever again.

When we first went into our room, it smelled like cat urine. The entire place also reeks of marijuana. The walls were dirty and the drywall seems to be falling apart near the baseboards. Very noisy the first night and I didn’t get any sleep. The bed was very hard and the exposed bottom mattress was disgustingly dirty. On the good side, however, they did accept pets and the air conditioning worked very good for a 106 degree day. They also had a nice outdoor pool and that looked clean.
