Very comfortable and clean.

Property was clean, staff were friendly, breakfast staff was excellent, but price was extremely high for our stay.

Needed the conditioner bottle full and the lotion was empty. The remote control to the TV was horrible!!

We had a very enjoyable stay, in large part due to our stay at the Hampton.

Really liked the room, larger than expected, all the amenities we needed and very clean. The bed was very comfortable.

Parking, entrance and exits a little difficult.

I didn't stay there and was ripped off!

I booked this through booking.com for March 8th. When I clicked book, it changed the date to the night I booked it. I've contacted booking.com and Hampton Inn trying to get a refund because obviously I was not there. No one will respond to me! So frustrating! Last time I use booking.com or Hampton.

Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable! Will stay here again!

I think we were in an extended size room near the linen closet on floor 4....it was so huge! I would request that room again!

Terrible

Someone pooped in our toilet when we were gone. Poop was on the seat. Manager on duty wouldn’t do anything about it.

Room was very clean and comfy.

The first lady at the desk when we arrived was rude and not helpful at all. We went to eat and came back and the young lady taking her place was very sweet, polite and pleasant.

Indoor pool

Could be a little bit cleaner. Water build up around the shower head. Dirt around the toilet base.

I will always stay here when in Stillwater

Very nice and clean place to stay and that is very important to my family!

Had a mix up with my room, but the staff immediately made it right. Wonderful people.

Quick booking

We booked a king bed with a pull out sofa . We didn't have a sofa (much less , a pullout sofa) for our girls to sleep on. They are OSU students and wanted to stay with my husband and I and visit. The front desk agent sat in a chair the entire checking in process. Acted as though we were bothering her.

Nice and clean hotel but with terrible breakfast choices.

The property was clean and very comfortable. The staff was also very nice.

The only complaint that I have is the breakfast. The breakfast had very limited options and terrible turkey sausage. A hotel this nice should have better breakfast choices.

It was a pleasant stay and I would probably stay again.

clean and convenient. The room needed some repairs to walls and cabinets.

The swimming pool had been treated and we were not able to use it until the 3rd day of our 4 day trip.
