I needed a sleeping room. They gave me one.

I liked the location. It was safe and accessible. The staff was helpful.

The breakfast was 'lame." I had two sausage links, a yogurt and coffee and immediately went to Perkins for breakfast. I was not impressed.

Pricy for the size of the room and only one chair in a room occupied by two peop

We liked the cleanliness and the physical condition of our room and the building.

The breakfast needed more choices for warm food. No decaf coffee in the breakfast room. Only one chair in our room.

TERRIBLE FRONT STAFF

It was in Winona

Originally booked a Friday night stay. Plans changed and I wanted to add a night at the front end. went through bookings.com for modify reservation. The property did not get back to me and my daughter talked to the front desk to check in a day early. They said they had no record of her Friday night reservation and she would need to pay for a two night stay. Talking to the manager on Friday, he stated, since it was done through a third-party booking - he could not help. They were completely unhelpful in trying to resolve the fact that they charged me for two rooms on Friday. I will never stay there again.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Fine for a night but anything more than 1 night would be brutal.

Good hotel for the price and accept dogs

They accepted dogs with no added fee, free bottles of water, clean room/carpet, comfortable bed

Noisy at night with doors slamming and loud tvs, breakfast could be earlier than 7, coffee was awful

We just needed a place to stay for a family reunion and this was perfect :)

The breakfast was just fine-nothing exceptional but we were happy with it.

Clean and comfortable. Really nice and helpful staff. Good value.

TV in room did not work and even though staff tried their best to fix it, they had not been trained to do so. Breakfast room ran out of coffee and OJ while we were there.

We had a three-night stay with Days Inn - clean and comfortable - met our needs. Outstanding customer service from Adrian (A REALLY NICE PERSON) who greeted us at the reception and ensured throughout our stay that we were comfortable and our needs were met. Housekeeping staff was additionally excellent, ensuring that we had the essentials in our room.

Continental breakfast? Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at that had a “breakfast” and dared to charge per person when staying at the hotel.

They changed my room

I specifically paid extra for a 'sitting area's and then was told they had no such rooms. TV didn't work lamp broken, paint peeling.

Price was ok.

Parking lot was a pot hole mess. Our room had only towels for one and there was two of us. Phone in room didn't work to call the office for help. Bathroom sink did not drain, burned out light in bathroom. First floor Our window screen bent and broken as if someone previously broken into the room. We will not stay here again.

The place was clean

The room was so small that there was not enough toomey to comfortably walk between the bed and dresser. Also not enough room to walk between the wardrobe and the side of the bed. Part of the frame of the bed stuck out and caught your leg. The tub was uncomfortable to stand and and try to shower
