I love the thoughtful design of the room (king studio)—beautiful door separating sleeping area from living room, efficient kitchen area & work area, outlet placement.
nothing!

Super nice and clean
We upgraded our room (even paid extra) for a King Room with Whirlpool. We got a nice, large room but it didn’t even have a tub, let alone a whirlpool. It just had a shower. Thank you Booking.com for the huge disappointment after an 8 hours drive and not arriving until 11:30 pm!!!!👎🏻

Location of the hotel, as we stay there all the time visiting our daughter in college.
Staff was friendly. When booking, the website asked the time of arrival, which we said 12pm. They confirmed. After traveling 5 hours with a 3 year old, we were told check in wasn't until 3pm. We hung around in the lobby, which all the lights were turned off in the area with tables and chairs with tv's in it and all the housekeeping staff was on break there, felt very unwelcoming. Front desk got us in our room around 2pm. Bathroom was dirty, when giving our 3year old a bath, the good from the drain stopper kept coming into the bathwater, she got a shower instead, which was torture to a toddler. The toilet seat was loose and where it was connected hadn't been cleaned in a long time, yellow slime index and around, also where the water flows into the toilet had black, mold looking ring around the toilet. Bed squeeked when getting in and out. Very unsatisfied this stay, usually is good..

Great staff, breakfast had healthy options but the wifi dropped or was weak often.

We got the Hot-Tub King Room with free breakfast. Compared to other hotels in the area, the price was equivalent to ones that offer just a basic room with no free breakfast. Very clean & comfortable bed. The location was great.
If I had the time to spend in the pool area. I would have preferred the pool to be located in a more discreet area of Hotel. This one is located behind the community breakfast area.
This might be different for families that may want to watch their kids but don't need to be in the pool area.

Breakfast was okay
Lots of traffic noise, noise made it hard to sleep

Breakfast was excellent
When we arrived they gave us a bedroom without a whirlpool, which I had ordered. Later, after Icomplained, we got another room with whirlpool.
In the morning the day we were leaving, I called the front to tell them our toilet was plugged. They had the nerve to tell me I could come down and get a plunger!!!!!
Was not happy with staff.

sauna didn’t work. wish breakfast time was until 11.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful!! Room was huge and accommodated our large family. Pool stayed open until 11pm (we got to the hotel at 9:30 pm so we’re able to swim and relax a bit). They had pumps of shampoo/conditioner/body wash instead of useless tiny bottles.
The breakfast was not so good. Maybe was just a bad morning? The eggs were almost burnt, Orange juice and pancake machines was broken.
Not much to choose from.
