Location

Construction on premises was messy. Hallway filled with dust in air and construction smell on 4th floor where there was no work. Workout room closed. Paid premium dollar for not great accomodations

Clean with great service! But beware the renovations

The staff was accommodating and friendly.

They are in the middle of renovations. Guests should be warned, and pricing should reflect that. I'm in a walking boot with a sprained ankle, and this was a hazard for me.

Will be returning in two weeks

The hotel was close to Boo Williams, as well as the mall. The front desk staff was accommodating.

Relaxing escape that meet the needs.

The room was clean, spacious and equipped perfectly for a family trip. The property even comply and honor our special requests.

The paint remodeling job that had lots of contractors and a mess on main elevator entrance. Room wise bath holding rod wasn't stable, room had no liquid dish soap and one available made my hands extremely dry.

Very clean/bright towels and sheets. Nice front desk staff. Mattress was comfortable.

The hotel is stuck in the nineties and needs a major renovation. The sheets and towels were very clean and the room was basically clean, but wear and tear is starting to show a little and the decorations/design is very 1990s - mauve and mint green, old hotel art, etc. At that price, I expected the design/decor to be up-to-date. The front desk said they would be renovating soon... I hope so.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn was on the whole wonderful and I will definitely stay there again!!

Loved the size of our room and the amenities. The free breakfast was so much better than I even hoped for AND the sweet lady who ran the breakfast each morning was fantastic and so very friendly. She should be commended as everything was clean, fully stocked, bright and cheery!

The bathroom sink was clogged!!

The room was very clean; something I truly appreciate. The breakfast was fine and staff friendly and professional.

My only complaint is ... the pillows are terrible. They are flat and uncomfortable. Everything else was great.
