That pretty much the only place I will stay , great hotel , staff and in close proximity everything

Pretty rare to find an hotel where you can open the window and allow fresh air to come in, not to mentions a greenery scene with birds chirping and all.

Awesome Hotel! Great staff

After traveling over 14 hours to get to Virginia from Florida we were super tired upon arrival and was ready to check k in and settle down! We were met by Friendly staff and a warm clean Environment and Rooms!! The rooms were very well clean and Beds are so comfy!!! There are tons of food places and a Walmart down Jefferson which was so convenient! The Breakfast bar was a plus and we were met with some of the Most caring staff I have ever experienced at a hotel!!! They over met our expectations! I have a Daughter Named (Patient) Who traveled with me and when asked what was her favorite part about our trip, she said it was the kindness that one of the afternoon front desk workers showed her and that it blessed her so much she was literally in tears talking about it! To that lady........Thank you so much for the love and kindness that you showed my daughter! We are forever grateful and Pray Gods blessings upon you!!!! God used you to show her yhere is purpose in her life and there is people in this world that still shows love and kindness!!! Thank You!

Really enjoyed our stay!

Location, great breakfast and water and comfortable

An extra towel rack in bathroom would have been nice, but we had everything we need

It was okay, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend the hotel and probably wouldn’t stay there again.

I liked that the room fit 5 of us.

The pull out bed wasn’t clean underneath it. We had smokers near by, even though it was a nonsmoking area and a baby crying next door.

amazing place its like home away from home

Amy was amazing the minute you walk thur the door she is happy so nice and sweet it like your at home that why this is the 2nd trip in less then a month they have breakfast and its in a great location restaurant and stores it a great place to stay home away from home

its in a central location has restaurants and stores right in the middle of of everything in newport news virginia

Excellent Staff and comfortable room

The staff was excellent and the room was comfortable

The cleaning staff was loud outside my room very early and was very annoyed by not being considerate about tired travelers

Disappointing

The location of the hotel was great. This is where I usually stay when I come in town.

I reserved a handicap room. That was not what i received. Had cockroachs walking around the room. I went to the front desk and showed them the pics so I could change my room.
