Bed bugs alert

Location was convenient.

Breakfast sausage tasted like it wasn't cooked all the way. I got bit by bed bugs the last night and ended up leaving at 2am in the morning because of it. I was given another room, but I was too worried about getting bitten up to stay!! Wish I could have been refunded for that experience!

Staying at the Hampton suites inn in Smithfield VA. was great. It was quiet and comfortable,

Bed was dirty-pillow case. The room smelled and it was dusty, outdated and had nasty things stuck to furniture

The pool area was well kept, the breakfast area was good

The beds were some of the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept in

I love Hilton, this was our 1st time at this location, loved location- but upkeep needs work.

Friendly Staff at the front desk, house keeping, and the breakfast staff.

The grounds were not kept. The bed linen did not appear clean.

Not that happy with the whole experience. If have to come back will have to look for some place else

The room was nice and comfortable and staff friendly

In two weeks there never had a hot shower. The pool was closed, the business center was closed, the breakfast was not good and the price was way too high for what received.

the room was clean and spacious! great for a family stay! the breakfast was great every morning and staff was friendly and helpful

we were disappointed the pool was closed but these things happen.

Frustrating -

Location and freedom to use the lobby for get together.

Pool was closed- this was one of the reasons we picked your hotel and my kids could not swim! Also, there were not enough towels in the room- when we requested some- we were told they had to do laundry- there were no extra towels!! If I book a room for five I expect five bath towels so everyone can shower!!

Breakfast. The employee that checked us in she was great. Very helpful. Our last day their another employee was very accommodating in the breakfast area gave my daughter and I a tray to carry our food bck to her brother and father. Everyone was great.

Pool was closed.
