We felt safe in our location and within the building. Hallways and entrance were clean and air conditioning worked well throughout
Soaking wet carpets in all 3 rooms that we paid for. Because of the wet carpets that had clearly just been washed that afternoon, the rooms were extremely humid, smelly like mildew and mold. Additionally, we had no place to set our bags on the floor. Although we cranked the AC as cold as possible to help dry out the room and decrease the wet dog smell it remained.
We asked for another room for just our oldest parents because the smell was that bad, but no room was said to be available. We are disappointed that were were not offered some financial compensation for the trade of $180 nightly rate/room. (Please consider extra fans in the room on the days that you need to wash carpets - professional grade floor fans will decrease the dry time before your future guests check in)

The location was great for our needs. It was easy to access from the interstate.
When we arrived, the parking lot was awful. It was ice covered and had not been salted or sanded. As I was walking to the lobby, walking very slowly, I feel hard in the parking lot. I have bruises and cuts and will be seeking medical support today as we've returned. When I told the attendant, he barely acknowledged my fall. I asked to file an accident report and he was not able to understand what I was talking about. We went to our room since it was so late. I took pain meds and tried to sleep. I awoke at 5 am and turned on the lights for the first time completely. I looked to the nightstand and found Snicker's wrappers that were absolutely not ours. When I went to take a shower there was hair on the tub and black mold in the corner of the tub surround. I then went back down to speak to the front desk and shared my concerns again. Again, they didn't know what to do, but she said she would look into it. I came back down and she didn't have any answers for me. I continued to take meds and waited again to speak to someone at checkout Sunday morning at 5 am. Two men were at the front desk, sound asleep. Both had their phones in their hands with their heads on the desk. When I asked again what I should do, all they did was hand me a business card. I am currently back to work, in pain, and I have no direction of what support I should receive from this hotel. Beyond frustrated!

can’t say anything good about the evening manager
he know on our door at 4 pm and had it unlocked and open before we got a chance to answer!! then we grabbed some snacks and were charged $25 for $8 worth of snacks! after we inquired it was changed! this is definitely a very shady location! walking in our room and blatantly over charging! crooks!!!

Loved the breakfast and the wonderful view from my room. Clean, comfortable and a great location as it's out of the way.
This is the second stay where the Hot tub wasn't able to be used, which is disappointing as this is why I choose this hotel to get some pain relief. The last time I stayed the hot tub had sudsy soapy chemicals floating on top of the water, and this time the temperature of the water was so scalding hot it burned my feet. I reported this to the front desk, but there was nothing she could do as maintenance wasn't on site. pretty disappointed

Clean room, the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel, biscuit and gravy, pancakes, bacon, eggs, omelet, toast, bagels, sweet rolls, juices, cold cereal, hot oatmeal, coffee. Just a bit more than the $70 hotel, but we'll worth it.

If you are driving in to Kansas City this hotel is a great deal. It was the first hotel we saw when we got into the KC surrounding area so decided to stop. It’s only a 30 min drive to Arrowhead, there’s a lot of places to shop and eat around here and you stay away from the big city traffic. Parking is free. The breakfast here was also very good
The only downside was the room was cold when we arrived but after going up in the heater it was comfortable within an hour.

I liked how nice and clean it was. How the check in time was late to give you time to get there. Decent location, it was easy to get to once the GPS quit trying to take me through construction, the construction wasn't the hotels fault though.
Little to no parking, I had to park in the hotel parking lot across the street. I've also never had it where a hotel tries to get authorization on my card when online it says I can pay at the property. Then after I'm told my card wouldn't be charged it was. Other than that it's a nice clean place to stay at. That's the only reason I didn't give it all the full good rating.
