Best Hotel in Columbus!

Amazing hotel! Rooms were huge, clean, and beds were comfy! Breakfast was great! Loved the pool and the coffee station as well. The staff were all so friendly. Definitely will stay here from now on!

Gut gepflegtes Hotel

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstück bot eine reichliche Auswahl. Um das Hotel herum befinden sich mehrere Restaurants. Die Schlafcoach war sehr bequem so dass problemlos dort 5 Personen in einem Zimmer übernachten konnten.

Auf Booking stand "beheizter Außenpool" worauf sich die Kinder gefreut hatten, den gab es aber nicht, sondern nur einen unbeheizten Außenpool. Die "Suite" war eigentlich auch eher ein normales Zimmer. Eines der zwei Betten war sehr weich oder durchgelegen.

Awesome staff

Super friendly day staff. Check in girl was friendly and entertaining. Breakfast girl was doing a great job of handling business with all those duties! Too many to list!

I can see why this hotel has a two star rating. Breakfast was not hot and the rooms were not as clean as they have been

Location

I purchased two rooms through Booking.com that were supposed to have two beds in each. I was given one king bed in each room. I was told that Booking did not specify which bed I purchased and that it was what ever is available. I stay here yearly - We will try Hyatt Place next year.

Staff was helpful. Loved the pool in the Georgia heat!

Easy access to food and my granddaughters wedding.

My keycard didn’t work the entire time! I had to leave my door unlocked most of the time. When we left for the day we had to lock it! Struggled to get it open! Took 50-60 times. The kids took turns!

Trash will never come back only had one attendant at desk the who time which was always the young lady excuse to assist

My sheets had sex stains we had to get more no lights bulbs took a day to get them didn’t clean our room no fresh towels we were told we had to ask for room service also had to ask for soap

The staff was fabulous. One of the top 3 best hotels in the Columbus Ga area definitely.

Staff were exceptional, cleanliness of the hotel, and comfort of the rooms. Breakfast was a bonus.

Room felt and looked dirty, but location was good

The location and food was great. Staff friendly

Looked like there had been water leaks and mold through out the bathroom aroud the seam and and nook and crannies around the hand bars. Carpet was dirty from outside traffic.

I like the hotel but I don’t think I could stay there or waste my money and not get a good morning of sleep I really fel

That the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable and the pillows were soft

only thing I really hated was the renovation was taking place while I was there after working long hrs getting off at 1am waking up to drilling and construction work in the hotel was horrible as in getting rest

Won't stay again.

Friendly staff. Location was good.

Toilet didn't work and maintenance couldn't come for a few hours. Moved to another room. New room: air conditioner made a screaming noise. No sleep. Also, door lock didn't work most of the time.

Don't stay at the Holiday Inn Express IGA in Columbus Georgia

The bed wasn't comfortable the couch sink in when you sat on it and Jody was an awful manager wasn't willing to help whatsoever

I will not stay here again and it’s spooked me from staying at hotels for a while. Don’t go

The staff was nice

The elevator was under construction and looked unsafe. The room smelled. Extremely noisy toilet. I woke up with bite marks all over my body. I had a total of 8 bites on me. I believe it was spider. I was itching through the night but it wasn’t until I woke up I realized I had been bitten. I rushed and checked out.

Location was good

Parking lot was completely full both days. No where to park, whatsoever, due to storage containers taking up the room in the parking lot. Office clerk wanted me to park offsite, which I disagreed with. Why should anyone have to park off-site? It’s unsafe.

Friendly staff, large rooms, everything else too frustrating to make up for.

I only ate breakfast once and it was OK. Bonus points for the biscuits not being dried out as often is the case on a buffet like this. Negative for the pancake maker not working.

The key situation is beyond frustrating. We had to switch rooms after checking in because they could not get a keycard to work on our original room. We had to have our keycard reprogrammed every time we left the room to get back in. For whatever reason, after requesting our room be serviced three nights in a row, it never was.
