The room was quite hot when I got there. It took several hours to cool down, A/C is underpowered and poorly located.

The whole staff is very nice and helpful 😃 the room is very nice I always sleep 😴 so comfortable 😊 The breakfast is good 👍 It's my favorite place to stay.

It was a great location and close to my grandkids and family.

The location was perfect, the price of the room was a bit outrageous.

The price of the room for an older hotel could have been better. I will look for an air b and b my next trip out, I think it will be less expensive.

Good location for short notice overnight stay. very clean, friendly staff.24hr desk is great. Breakfast was not an actual breakfast but it was very plentiful and prepackaged and well stocked, the staff was very friendly and helpful at breakfast. Coffee was good. I would definitely stay here again!

I needed a place to stay while Visiting with nearby family, and BW SureStay fit the bill.

If I had wanted to go shopping, the Camarillo Premium Outlets are very close by.

Cost was a little high. Then, because of COVID, breakfast items were all still pre-packaged. No hot breakfast, and nothing gluten-free!

I am very pleased with this hotel. Very clean and quiet, thick walls, comfy beds and spacious rooms.

Very accommodating to my reservation needs and requests.

There is nothing that I did not like. Would stay here again.
