I like this place...but

The staff was friendly. Beds were comfy , I lived in the area for 28 years . So I know the location is wonderful and the price during the holidays was great.

It wasn't cleaned, maids also never came by. I understand it was a smoking room, just come and empty trash or give us more toilet paper? .

You get what you paid for

It's right across the freeway from the outlet center in Camarillo. The receptionist was really nice and the continental breakfast in the form of a sack lunch was adequate.

The carpet and floor boards were disgusting. We had to wash our baby before putting him to sleep because he picked up a black stain on his legs and feet.

I had a place to stay…. my girlfriend would never have stayed.

Location was convenient

The bathroom was horrible. Dirty, multiple broken tiles in the shower, ceiling had apparently been repaired but not painted, light switch didn’t work, toilet hadn’t been cleaned. The only chair had a disgusting stain over 90% of the surface. Questionable individuals everywhere often sitting on the concrete walk drinking from something wrapped in brown paper and being loud. I guessed maybe some permanent residents.

I will never stay at this Days Inn. They need to work on treating their customers with respect.

The only thing I liked was the bed and pillows. They were both comfortable.

The woman at the front desk was very hostile with me. She questioned me on why my reservation name didn't match the name on my ID. I explained to her that the name on my ID was my full legal name and my reservation name was my middle name plus the last name on my ID. I don't think she understood me because she accused me of being rude. I began explaining that I wasn't being rude and she went on to say "do you want a room or not". I felt threatened with not getting a room. If anyone was being rude it was the employee. I've stayed at many Days Inn and I've never been treated this horribly by other employees. Regarding the room: The bathroom door did close all the way. There were new brackets on it and they either were not the right size or they should've shaved the door so it would close correctly.

very disappointed

the young lady at the desk when we checked in was very nice but that was the only enjoyable part of our stay.

the room felt dirty the property is outdated property seems to be used for field workers to reside; large amounts in each room it seemed that bus to work on the fleet of buses parked there it was disheartening to see so many crammed in each room but I’m sure they are just happy to have a place to sleep anyways additionally; the water ran brown for a millisecond when turning it on for the shower the towels were rough and thin not soft and comfy… but what upset us THE MOST was in the booking listing it CLEARLY states breakfast is included but the manager when I went in in the morning looked confused and said they do NOT offer breakfast. when booking I look for places who have some sort of breakfast and preferably a hot tub on site. hot tub was out of order and no breakfast. also not sure if related to the stay but 4 days after checking out my boyfriend and I ended up testing positive for covid not happy at all

THIS PLACE WAS VERY DIRTY AND THE STAFF AT CHECK IN WAS OKAY THE STAFF FOR THE CONTENIAL BREAKFAST WAS RUDE AND IT WAS ONLY A MUFFIN AND COFFEE AND APPLE WHICH WAS OK BUT NOTHING TO DRINK FOR ANYONE THAT DID NOT DRINK COFFEE I ASKED FOR 2 MUFFINS FOR MY SPOUSE AND SHE WOULD NOT GIVE IT TO ME TOLD ME THEY HAD TO COME AND GET IT THEMSELFES...RUDE

EVERYTHING AND MY SISTER STAYED IN ANOTHER ROOM ONLY ONE NIGHT AND TO SUM UP WHAT SHE SAID THIS PLACE IS A DIVE/DUMP

Served my purpose.

Good location for my needs. Shower pressure was good.

No breakfast as advertised. Room could have been cleaner. Light fixture in bathroom was uncovered showing exposed wiring. Sink faucet wasn't working properly.

Don't believe on the picture!!!

The picture is way different in person. The carpet in the room is so dirty. The bathroom is outdated, and toilet has lots of stain. My kids didn't even want to shower because they are grossed out.

Everything, had to slam door several times to close each time, not all the lights worked ,t v did not have all screen working. Charged my card 3 times for the same stay,took several days to get it fixed
