Good clean room, I didn’t see street people walking around.
It is starting to get cold, turn on heater, it burn off hair from summer AC used. Smelled up room. Good thing I had a balcony open the sliding door. It won’t close right. Wind was making noise. I don’t like extra $100 charged for deposit.

Nothing
We stayed because of reviews for a bigger breakfast, but it was not. We found a cockroach in the room and the toilet wouldn’t flush. They said we could use the bathroom across the hall because it was never used. I said no, I want a new room. We got a new room and were very glad it was a 1-night stay.

I did not appreciate the falsely advertised pictures that are posted for this booking. I was expecting a clean and nice hotel for the price and was very disappointed and did not feel safe. In our hotel the sheets and pillow cases had weird stains. The showers tub had mold in the corners and there was a very suspicious brown stain on the wall that dripped down. The hotel smelled like smoke even with it saying it was a smoke free room. And there is a 100$ fee they make you pay there with no disclaimer for any possible damage… When I asked when I would receive the deposit if all is okay (which it was) she said 3-5 business days. And on three separate occasions I called to ask for help on our booking and they put us on hold for over 20 minutes each time. Overall is was over priced for a very low quality hotel and I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with this hotel.
Do not recommend!

A place to stay for a reasonable price.
I and 6 others got stuck in the elevator. It broke down and we were stuck on the 4th floor because the doors wouldn't open. We had to push the emergency button, it was not fun.

Proximity to airport, price.
The level of cleanliness given the dire conditions of the room.
The physical condition of my room with a rusty shower curtain rod., beat up furniture and strangely creaking mattress.

The wheelchair accessible room was a long roll

Just the staff
It’s old, not clean, damaged.

The room was spacious, the closet space, fridge, microwave and coffee maker made the stay even more comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable.
I don't like hearing the traffic or ambulance. Being near the hospital was annoying. The parking lot is small.

I liked the staff
I didn’t like how we had to put a 100$ dollar deposit in card only!

Staff responded to issues I had after check such as non-working lights, which a maintenance employee quickly resolved. Also, I was having issues with getting the hotel's wi-fi connected to my computer and went downstairs to the desk clerk and she resolved the problem so I had internet the entire stay. And housekeeping staff cleaned the room daily, removed trash and brought more towels, soap and shampoo. And the $100 deposit charged to my credit card along with the room was refunded after checkout as promised. Decided to stay an additional night to the original 4 to make it 5.
Nothing about the hotel itself. Parking spaces appear small and cramped. Also the hotel's location right off I-25 and Lomas Boulevard creates traffic congestion issues but that is resolved by driving around the block to reach destinations.

You get what you pay for, and this is a budget hotel (originally a Howard Johnsons with retro Hojo poster on wall next to check in counter). The staff was pleasant at check in. Perhaps they could offer you pool towels at check in so you don't have to make another trip to the front desk to get them. I was pleasantly surprised by the bathroom with a brand-new shower/tub, floor, mirror/light and bathroom counter. The sink was all chipped though. Coffee was fair at breakfast. I don't eat processed food, so my only option were the oranges and apples. I wish there were bananas. My son ate the waffle, so it must've been good!
The whole property is run down with an abandoned section on the other side of the pool. The room had a horrible smell- stale air and urine. Thankfully it was a nice day so I opened my balcony door and room door to air it out. I did not want to walk barefoot on the carpet as it needs replaced. TV is small and bad picture quality. I had to bring my laptop to the front desk as I couldn't get connected and Wi-Fi was poor quality. I give the pool/hot tub (hot and good jet) good ratings if you can ignore the shabbiness all around- the rafters above made you wonder how old the building really is. I had it all to myself!

Klassisches Amerikanisches Hotel, gute Ausstattung, schon ein wenig älter, aber gut. Nettes freundliches Personal und es gab sogar ein Frühstück. All you can Drink Coffee
Liegt nicht zentral, aber da hab ich die Größe von Albu unterschätzt und bin selbst schuld. Taxisystem in Albu ist aber toll, empfehle die Lyft App. Vom Hotel ist es ein 90 Minuten Spaziergang nach Old Town, but wie der Taxifahrer sagte.“you can geht Shot for this in America“

It was a place to stay. Had a microwave and mini fridge. Tv worked. There was a balcony.
It was dirty so dirty. Walls in room had something splattered on them. Toilet leaked. Bed had nasty stains all over. The balcony had vomit all over that was dried on. The parking lot was dirty and at night it was so dark, none of the lights worked. Random bullets in the parking lot. Continental breakfast was bread or muffin, juice. The coffee was always out. Staff had no customer service skills.

I liked the fact I booked online and was only being charged $80.56 with $100 deposit i was told I'd get back (even tho it did NOT happen that way).
I was charged a smoking fee when I haven't touched a cigarette in over 7 years, can't stand the smell, currently pregnant, so it grosses me out. I was robbed of my deposit for a smoking fee, which I know is wrong of the hotel. I called and basically got told "Oh Well, not getting my $100 deposit back!!" Total BS
