Clean and beautiful nature all around
N/a. I loved everything

The cottage had a kitchen
The staff wasn’t nice, the inside of the cottage wasn’t clean and had ants, the amenities were severely dated and not open long enough
4.3
Cute little cottage, well equiped, comfortable, very clean with super comfortable bed. Nice swimming pool. The directory was very helpful. We booked wine tour based on their recommendation and it was excellent. Fairly central in Napa. Got around with Uber
The bed room was too small.
4.3
parkland environment.
it was a mobile home - it was not steady, it rocked with every step. overpriced for what you got.
4.3
The sofa bed was dirty from the previous person.
4.3
amazing! love the individual private hot tub booking option!
4.3
Excellent stay, very clean, everything you needed was supplied
4.3
location wise near to Walmart Supercentre and the Napa River.
a short 5 minute drive to Town centre.
each cottage was well organized with well defined living areas.
the kitchen was well fitted out with the necessary appliances and tools to make healthy meals.
beds were comfortable.
place was quiet and peaceful.
loved the walk along the Napa river trial
appreciative of the staff who were friendly and tried hard to please.
laundry could have been better.
one of the washers was down.
there was 1-2 guests who were constantly using the machine and leaving the laundry within the machine after they were done.
perhaps 1-2 baskets could be left in the laundry room to allow for removal of each left over laundry so that other guests could use the machines

only wish we could have stayed longer

We had our own private cottage. It was quiet. The clubhouse had offerings on certain days. The pool and hot tubs were well kept.
There was nothing to dislike.
4.3
Location was okay, we didn't have a car and thought it would be okay to walk but as anywhere in the US, it wasn't walking "friendly" as soon as you step out of the center, i.e. no paved walking options so we had to uber even if the distances were small.
We chose this place because it has a pool, when we got there we found out the pool was closed for the season which would have been helpful to know beforehand. They offered instead a 30 min slot for the hot tub which we booked. The hot tub was absolutely filthy, with green things growing in there, we didn't dare to enter. The room was very small and the floors were dirty, my socks were brown with dirt. After leaving, I realized I forgot two clothing items in the closet and when calling about them the next day, the person at the reception said they had not found them. I left my phone number and said I would of course pay for the postage of sending the clothing items when the eventually found them (I find it hard that they didn't find them since more than 24 hours had passed). They never called me back so I essentially lost those clothing items.

Location, value, comfort, amenities, the friendliness of the staff.
4.3
Loved the little cottages. They had everything we needed!
4.3
Beautiful location, nice game room
At check in, I asked whether I could check out late on the day of check out, and they said to call the day before. I called the day before and the lady said to call the morning of. She was *not* friendly and not helpful at all. It turned out we couldn’t reserve brunch after our hot air balloon ride because we didn’t know if we could check out late.

just didn’t do it for us - very expensive for what it is but then Napa is very expensive
didn’t realise they were trailer homes - they’re nicely fitted ok out but the floors do bounce

Our cottage was clean and adequate enough space for two for our extended weekend trip loved the property!

Location
Set up of room
Slightly crowded with desk and bed.

The location and setup near the river trail was cute. It was peaceful and quiet all the time. Bathroom was a good size and I liked having a gas stove and full fridge. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
The cottage was sort of outdated and smaller than expected. Saying it sleeps 4 is a stretch there’s no place to put 4 peoples stuff. It’d be perfect for a couple or small family
4.3
Staffs are nice and friendly especially David (maintenance) very helpful.
Excellent location. Quite. Close to town.
Free laundry facility is a plus
Nice little cottage better than hotel. Is so great that we are able to park right in front of the cottage.
Definetly we will stay here again next time we come to Napa.
Master bedroom mattress not level.

very tranquil, friendly welcome. Comfy beds and very well equipped. lovely swimming pool and sauna.
We liked it all. It was expensive but better value than other places in Napa.
4.3
The quirky tiny home we stayed in.

everything was great. adorable accommodations with everything you need. great pool and a hot tub that can be reserved just for you, I loved that. quiet, peaceful and a great staff.
very spotty wi-fi connection but that’s no big deal.
4.3
Soooo cute! We absolutely loved this place. Great location, friendly staff, very clean.
4.3
I liked the woodsy setting and the privacy of the cottages, much better than a hotel room.
Flooring seemed a little dated and uneven. There were no movie channels available or movies to rent. Some of the front desk staff seemed inexperienced.
The coffee maker was a little complicated to operate and should have instructions.
4.3
The size of the rooms and the location to downtown was great
the refrigerator made a funny noise, off and on all night and kept waking us up
4.3
Absolutely loved it! We felt like it was a home away from home. Loved that I could prepare meal and staff was so accommodating. We want to come back soon.
Wish the laundry room would open earlier and close later, but thank you for it being complimentary.
