Location is perfect!

I love the location 5 minute drive to the Sunset Drive In! Food options next door and across the street! The breakfast is really good! And I love the coffee maker in the lobby! Security I need a key to enter the building and my room. Staff is always helpful and happy.

Not sure if I would return.

The physical property and environment was very pleasant and the included breakfast was good.

1) We were initially assigned to a room that felt unsafe and unacceptable. It was located outside of the secure area restricted to key holders only of the hotel , was at ground level and very close to an exterior door leading to an open area parking lot. We were, however, promptly reassigned when I requested a change. 2) some of the concierge staff’s communication styles came off as unfriendly and unprofessional.

This hotel worked well for our purposes. We were able to get on the freeway easily to travel to other sights in the area

Location close to highway 101. Our room was steps away from the lobby and breakfast areas.

Stay was pleasant, room was clean, and value was great. Overall, a PLUS for us!

Our stay was pleasant, room was clean and comfortable. Reception at front desk was quick and courteous. We have stayed at this hotel a few times and we keep coming back.

Our booking was a last minute decision. Had we booked earlier, we could have been assigned a room closer to the interior of the whole complex where we could feel a bit more secure.

Fantastic pool/jacuzzi/fire pit, delightful breakfast hosts & full breakfast - we will stay again!

The hotel was able to schedule our Lyft driver for each of our excursions which helped tremendously. The heated pool/jacuzzi/fire pit is one of our best memories of this hotel. Also, the delightful attitude of the breakfast hosts each morning represented the hotel well. The breakfast was well above our expectations, and the friendly customer service provided by the breakfast hosts just made it all the better. The coffee/hot chocolate machine in the lobby was one of my favorite things (tired mom). I loved being able to have a cappuccino each day! The property was clean, and the tv cable services had a great selection - I loved being able to watch the Dodgers game! Lastly, the front desk staff was helpful, they let us borrow a deck of cards to play in the lobby and on our last day were kind enough to hold our luggage behind the desk after check out while we went next door for lunch.

The mattresses were TERRIBLE...I barely slept the 4 nights we were there. Truly, they were the worst mattresses I'd ever slept on. We had a room with 2 beds, and I tried both with no success. My family echoed the same sentiments about the beds. The mattresses were rock hard, and the pillows too soft. There was no balance of support. The only other thing that was bad but may be out of the hotel's control is the absolute infestation of bugs outside the front of the hotel on the exterior walls, the ceiling of the carport, etc. The staff said they were from the nearby lake. Truly, it was horror-movie-like. Thousands. We didn't see them anywhere else on the property, so I'm unsure why it was such an issue at the front of the hotel. We just ensured not to get close to the exterior walls when waiting for our Lyft drivers.

Location, close to the food places, Ralph's was across the st. 30 minutes from the beach

Room had dirty clothes in there when we arrived, no towels went we went to the pool, called and asked for some was told they would send some down they never came, sat around waiting for towels 2 people came after us with towels but none for us still. Beds too soft

parking was a little tight. also i was overcharged on my credit card and had some difficulty getting it corrected but when i called Alexander promptly handled everything!!

Worst western

Not a great deal however it was clean and the staff are very nice

We stayed at a time where multiple families were also there. Parents let their kids run around the entire property while parents drank and partied by the pool. The next day I went to the gym and I could immediately see the kids had also taken there party to that space. Irresponsible parents and lack of staff to manage this led to an extremely disappointing stay. Not worth the money and if I could have left I would have after the first night. I even messaged the property but had no response.

A nice surprise, I recommend this hotel

Really nice pool area. Good size rooms. Good breakfast. Comfy beds. The possibility to do our laundry after severall days on the road. Lots of possibilities for restaurants, fast food and shops nearby.

Our stay at this hotel was the best place we've stayed at in a very long time.

Staff-From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a very nice young man, Alexander, who was able to accommodate us with our needs. I reserved 2 rooms. One for my husband and I and another for my cousin and his wife. It was somewhat of a reunion after not seeing each other due to both my parents passing and his mom, within 2 years. So meeting up with my cousin after all these years was a healing process for all of us. With this being said, my cousins didn't want upstairs so Alexander was able to accommodate my cousin's needs. Food-OMG, the food was very good. It's like a buffet style and the options were eggs and bacon Sunday and eggs and sausage on Monday morning. Both days offered other options like cereal, bagels, waffles, milk, OJ, apple juice, coffee, as well as other options. Just in case your eggs should be slightly warm/cold, use the microwave in the lobby area. Also, we didn't have to pay for bottled water, it was FREE. Not too many hotels offer free bottled water,

What we didn't really care for were the kids running around the pool as well as outside the pool area. A kid fell and got hurt. it's not so much the staff's responsibility as much as it's was their parent's/family members to keep an eye on them My cousin offered his first aid kit several times and both times the mom declined his help. it wasn't until almost 30-45 minutes later did a family member either went out and bought a kit o they brought their own personal first aid kit. After first aid was applied, the boy seemed okay. Other than that, we had an amazing time. Oh, also when I talked to house service and asked to not have room service for my room, but only change out our dirty towels for clean towels which they happily gave me before we took our shower, but for some reason, they applied my request to my cousin's room and didn't do room service in his room. When he asked a staff member for clean bath towels, they told him to get the towels by the pool, which he ended up getting but wasn't too happy about it. I'm not sure why it was handled in this manner.

Love the property, they are rebuilding the hot tub that had been converted to a planter the last time we stayed.

Whats not to like? Other than housekeeping never came to my room in three days.

Excellent place

Matthew was very friendly! Loved the car charging in the front, the room was great and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was awesome for us protein and no carb eaters! Eggs and bacon served! Nice staff!

Stay was what we needed it for. Warmth, hot shower, & power as reason for stay. Storm damage to my

Room was what we.needed @ the time before our flight. We didn’t catch the breakfast because of our flight status so no information on that. We reached our destination on Thursday & my friend had realized she left her favorite Pajamas in the room. Called to see if they had been found that night around 11:00 pm. Not sure if she has received a call back yet.

The Best Western WAS a brand known for standards though things are slipping fast!

I was lured by the grand breakfast which had 5 tables for 5 families.................. smelt great, looked great, and then...no place to sit.

DO NOT STAY ON A LOWER FLOOR! Another horrible renovation, the drywall is attached to the ceiling joist, and you can hear every step, every move, and every sound from adjacent rooms. I could even hear my neighbor snoring. The renovations were okay, nothing can make up for the poor insulation.
