Decent place with stiff pet fee

Clean and good location

Paid 400$ for a night. That is ridiculous. Price at booking was 279. Total after checkout 410

Great location, comfortable beds, super soft towels, wonderful staff!

The breakfast was great. It was fully stocked when we came down. The staff was so nice, helpful, and answered all my questions. The beds were very comfortable, and the towels were the softest I've ever felt!! I was concerned about barking dogs near us and the staff tried their best to keep us away from any dogs!

We had no issues at all! We loved this place!

Amenities were different than advertised; No pool.

It was clean and conveniently located.

It was not advertised appropriately. We booked this property for the pool and it did not have a pool. They blamed it on the booking website for not updating information. The pool was advertised on more than one site.

Always awesome in every way.

Breakfast was awesome. It always has been. This is the only place we'll stay when coming to San Luis Obispo. The staff are great

Great Hotel

Great location, excellent staff, breakfast was good, the room and bathroom was clean, comfortable beds, microwave and refrigerator.

The coffee maker is kept in the bathroom, that's so unsanitary. Also the heater/ac was very noisy.

Clean and comfortable room.

The hotel advertises that it has a pool, but when we arrived we were told that the pool is being renovated. At no point this was communicated in advance and it causes a major disappointment for the kids. Also, some breakfast offerings were not refilled and we had to explicitly ask the staff for basics like water.

The location off the freeway is great. Of course, the breakfast is a nice little perk too!

The room was dirty, there was a bandaid in the bed, and hair in the shower still. Which was disappointing after choosing this hotel specifically based off the positive reviews. Also, didn’t get the snacks for being a gold member upon arrival and the staff member we dealt with wasn’t very friendly. Also, it was disappointing that the pool was under “maintenance,” but was told by a staff member due to staffing they haven’t had anyone there to maintain it and fix it with the supplies needed.

Big, beautiful rooms, clean, spacious bathroom. Not walkable to downtown but a cheap Uber ride will get you there. (try the Novo restaurant.) Staff was friendly, and even tho our room was next to the elevator we heard very little noise from the hallways.

The shower was unnecessarily complicated. The hotel itself was VERY close to the freeway, so sleeping with the window open wasn't an option. Even with the window closed traffic was audible. The complimentary breakfast was uninspiring and sparse, but nevertheless appreciated.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself needs a thorough cleaning.

The furniture in the breakfast room is dirty. There are handprints on the back of the chairs. The carpet is stained and looks dirty. The tile grout in the bathroom needs to be steam cleaned. Mildew is growing on it.

Facility and furnishings are dated and in moderate disrepair. It needs to be redone especially considering price is comparable to much better facilities.
