Never again

Parking garage for safety

We found eyelashes on the floor, pills, hair in bed. They except pets supposedly charged me 30 for our small dog and 200 for not telling them however our dog slept in our vehicle in the parking garage

Needs Improvements

The room had a couch, and the location was good.

The TV didn't work, the carbon monoxide sensor was pulled off the wall like the battery was going off so someone opened it and left it unplugged, there is a box-like door on the base of the wall that was open it looked like a vent but it wouldn't close all the way so it was banging on the end table every time the air turned on, and we were told check in was 3 but we waited an hour in a half to check in when we got there at 3.

The parking garage was filthy, the elevator was dirty, and the room smelled of cigarette smoke from prior guests.

Absolutely horrible.

Honestly I liked the fact that there were vending machines, although we had to travel to a different floor as the one next to us was broken. Oh, and I liked the sauna. The first night the kids and I explored, found it, and then when I went back the 2nd night, to try and relax with my husband, it was locked up tight. Crappy.

Where to begin.... The staff up front are definitely in the wrong profession. As rude and unwelcome as can be! The windows leaked, massively... down into an electric socket I might add. The cigarette smoke coming from all around us was just really unpleasant. It was filthy to be honest. There wasn't much to like in my opinion. We will not be staying there again. Oh, and my family of 6 was only allowed ONE grab and go breakfast bag. I was in shock.

Horrible stay, the staff were rude. I was there for an event and missed 3+ hours of that event because I was one of the last people to get my room. My room was dirty, the bathroom was disgusting and had pubic hair all over it. We were supposed to have a nice hot breakfast and instead were given “to-go” bags with crap in it because I’m diabetic so I couldn’t eat any of the breakfast.

location to the Tacoma dome

the price, it was filthy, was supposed to have breakfast but the buffet was closed, and was a bag breakfast that I could not eat. one morning there was no breakfast. but that is one of the reason I booked this place because it had breakfast included. The lights in the room didn’t work, the tub didn’t drain, the internet would just disconnect randomly.

It was right next to the Dome

There was no hair dryer in the room the staff didn't seem to care much to do anything about it. There was only one plug in the room so my husband and I were taking turns charging phone. There appeared to be dog urine on the bed skirt or something. The tub filled up with water when you shower. There was a sack breakfast that they ran out of the first day and didn't have anything for us the second day. I paid a lot of money to stay here for three nights while my kids were wrestling at the Tacoma Dome and I was very disappointed with the facilities and their service.

Not a good place to stay at all!

Horrible- didn’t even tell us we needed a microwave before we left and they knew we were checking out.

No surveillance- our car got broken in to and parked right in front of the hotel. I’m pretty sure employees had something to do with it. When I made the police report the officer said to be honest we have had no luck working with this hotel and it happens all the time at this location. I would not recommend anybody to ever stay here.

Completely unprofessional staff with no stay because I could not check in.

Unfortunately, when I reached the property, they were so overwhelmed that I did not get a chance to stay. This means I was unable to try their breakfast.

When we walked into the lobby, there were hotel guests everywhere. Some said they’d been waiting since 3 pm to get checked in, but it was 6 pm when I arrived. I waited until about 9 pm before giving up on being helped by the front desk.

Although the location was good for the event we were attending we would not recommend this hotel.

tried to get the grab and go breakfast, no staff available to get it from. Tried to check out but after waiting 10 to 15 minutes still no staff available. No good restaurants in the area. The room had bath towels but no hand towels.

how close it is to the Tacoma Dome

There where no light bulbs in the lamps but one. The plug in with usb where coming out of the wall and not working. No bed spread just sheets and one blanket. The whole floor smelled like cigarette smoke and musky laundry. Laundry was out in the hall when we got to our room. Big bags of trash all over the hotel. The restaurant and lounge where closed. Sack breakfast that we didn’t get. The staff was very rude.

3 hours to check in! The lady checking in was doing the best she could being by herself. Manager was around but did not want to help. Chose this pla e for the short walk to the Tacoma dome, however we won't be back. Missed most of our show because of the long wait to check in.

Worse service and stayed ever!!

The location is great! Next to the Tacoma Dome.

Staff was no where to be found for over 30 minutes. 2 young female staff were helpless didn't even know where the front desk or manager was. Breakfast was served from 7-10 am. My friend an I arrived at 9:30 and the 2 female staff told us it was close. The manager came and had a disagreement with the cook. The manager then apologized to me and my friend and gave us our voucher for breakfast. One of the ladies asked us what we like to drink and literally she said all they had was water and coffee, we can clearly see there was a drink station that served juice and milk. Worse service I have experience at a hotel. Definitely NOT staying there again.

Very poor

Location only!

It took 1.25 house to freakin ck in. They had 1 PERSON cking ppl in on a Saturday night with an event at the Tacoma Dome!!!!! Super rude. Couldn't get into parking lot after dinner since a traffic cop blocked it. They threatened a late ck out fee, unless done in person. Offered 5 different breakfast meals but only had 1 to offer at 8:30 on the morning. Room was ghetto & dirty. Never again!!!!!

Quickest walk to a venue. Location couldn't be any better.

The staff was unprofessional in the way they spoke to guest, their apparel looked sloppy, customer service was poor, staff didn't seem confident or comfortable speaking with guest. We were told we had numerous breakfast options and were just given a plate of food when we sat door and was told we didn't get options. The restaurant was dirty and unkept. Overall unimpressed In our room, the towels looked dirty and crunchy, toilet didn't flush easily, and the faucet handle on the sink was almost impossible to turn on. The TV also didn't work great.

Gone a little downhill since last time.

Since I'm coming with the bus from SeaTac and continuing with the train in the morning, the location is excellent.

I think the place has gone a little downhill since my last stay. They used to have a sturdy breakfast buffet, but it was a fixed. Yeah, made to order, but not that fantastic. There was not really a adbundance of hot water in the shower, but the lady at the front desk mentioned something about problems with pipes and heater. But apart from that, it was OK for one night.

Even with confirmed reservation, apparently the hotel oversold rooms. We drove 14 hours, waited in the lobby as instructed by hotel staff for 5 hours, missed part of the concert we were in town for, returned to the hotel at 11pm and were told we didn't have a room. They referred us to another property 13 miles away. There is no excuse for this type of incompetence

Totally unprepared hotel

It was within walking distance to the tacomadome.

They were completely unprepared and had no rooms ready for anyone. We spent over 3 hours waiting to be checked in and had to leave for our event. When we cane back at 11 pm there were still no rooms ready. We ended up having to drive to the Federal Way hotel at 12:30. We didn't even get to our room until after 1 am

Look on Google for some recent reviews. Staff was rude if you go before an event at the dome good luck getting a room in time for the show. Also front desk lady will scream and yell at you if you ask questions. Absolutely disgusting behavior. People were not checked in till 1130 at night!! We left and they refused to speak with us then said we did nothing to try and get a refund. Ended up having to go through corporate.
