The location is really near
There was a renovation in the building in which I wasn't aware of.

Your manager, Emily was simply AWESOME! Through all the craziness, she took very good care of us. She was bending over backwards to put out the fires and calm the high anxiety of the situation. Hold on to this young lady!!
The hotel was under construction...no fault to anyone.
The keys to the rooms did NOT work, so an employee would have to let you in.
LSU football team stayed at the hotel and didn't check out till 4pm on Sat 10/26, this made it a literal shit-show to get into the rooms, even after 1am Sunday morning.

The overall experience was not what I expected from a
Hilton
First room that was given to us was basically the worst I’ve seen in years. The bed head boards were coming apart the tub was awful it had been repaired so many times it look like batter chipping off. Smelled muskie.
The second room was a bit larger but the ac would not regulate the room correctly. The ice machines didn’t work the coffee bar was not set up conveniently for the guests. The Starbucks staff was extremely rude and would start truly helping people until after 8am.

Close to TAMU, has a pool and hot tub.
The room is very outdated, the pool bar closed way before the pool did. The elevator shook up and down, the breakfast was mediocre at best. There was no pool bar tender, a hotel manager was working the bar and made me the worst Blue Hawaiian drink I’ve ever had.

The location was near the college, and other restaurants.
Nothing about this location says Hilton from the breakfast to the guest rooms. It gave motel. The room's condition really surprised me for almost $400 for one night, the headboards are peeling. there are stains on the ceiling and patched up areas that are painted over. Bring a charging block because there are no USB plug in's in the room. Do not have left overs either because the refrigerator is no where near cold. The pictures online do not reflect what is really going on at the property. The location was great. but there are other hotels and inns you can get across the street for more space, clean, updated the same breakfast and half the price. I thought the customer service lacked, no one was really super friendly or welcoming except the other guests. front desk was just there. the lady making the omelets at breakfast sunday was the nicest person we came across and because of her the breakfast was good! the breakfast attendant gave my husband a look because he didn't tip her. we weren't offered a service, asked if we needed anything or approached but for whatever reason she expected us to tip her and made sure we knew the breakfast was $17.50 even though we pre-paid. first and last time.

The location is perfect for watching a game. The hotel has been newly updated & is so nice.
We stayed on the 9th floor, the water pressure was awful & the water didn’t get very hot.

Good location, good facilities
No problems with the property. Some guest were smoking in non-smoking rooms which got into our room, but the staff did everything they could to try to identify the smoker

The location was good
The air conditioning did not work at all it didn’t get under 75 in the room all night and the construction was a total nightmare with one elevator

friendly staff
major renovations happening so a little disappointed about that. Rooms need upgrading too, hoping you will update that soon. breakfast buffet was bad, the only good thing was the omelet station

The air conditioner was not working. It was in the 80's in our room and we had to try to sleep without covers. We called the front desk and they said there was no one there from maintenance, no other rooms, and no fans. We barely got any sleep, and the beds were not very comfortable. There was construction throughout the hotel and very little directions.
We had to walk to one side of the hotel and take the elevator, which sounded and felt like it was on its last leg, only to find that it was the other side of the hotel. We then had to walk to the other side of the hotel to another elevator.

Realize the building is under construction but that’s no excuse for the dirty room.

Good location and decently nice rooms
The front desk was very nice when checking in, but seemed like every other associate had a bad attitude. Room was pretty dirty, dust balls and a dead cockroach, room didn’t get as cold as the thermostat was broken, and construction started at 8am which woke us up (I was aware of construction before staying, but didn’t think it would be that early)

Staff was super friendly and the location was perfect for our needs.
View was of a brick wall, but I didn’t really look outside too much and had the curtains drawn for most of my stay. The hotel does seem a bit run down but I know they are in the process of a makeover, for this reason, it doesn’t seem worth the money it costs.

Location and food
the attention of staff, I didn’t receive my Invoice and my statement of charges, when I asked for it, they told me I should contact with Booking.com to get the invoice, and they don’t want to give me the invoice.

location, AC worked well, bed was comfortable
whole facility being renovated, had to use service elevator, scaffolding and construction equipment surrounded building, makeshift front desk with folding tables

location
it’s smelled, it looked dirty and it’s very dark, if it being remodelled it should not be open to public

It was close to the sports park
The hotel didn't look like the photos online it was very run down and out dated. I didn't get what I paid for. I felt like I could of stayed in a way nicer hotel for that price. It was disappointing.

Spacious room and the location was near to where I needed to be.
Room smelled slightly musty & the toilet was smelly…not overpowering but strong enough to be off-putting. We didn’t inform front desk as it will be a hassle in changing room, if that was possible & we didn’t spend a lot it time in the room except for bedding for the night. One of my pillow was lumpy, rather surprising for a Hilton brand.

Shuttle to Northgate.

The house keeping services is hopeless. Their phone is always busy. When we report to the front desk they ask to call the housekeeping and they disconnected the phone. We are not happy with the housekeeping.
When my son went to the gym and asked the restaurent for glass a water. $2 was charged for the water.
What service is this ? The hotel is not value for money.

The location was perfect.
The air conditioning/heating unit did not function properly. The thermostat was not registering. The air kept running until we were cold and then we switched to heat and the same problem arose until we were too hot. We finally turned the whole unit off so that we could get some sleep. Sleep was fitful.
The bathroom was extremely small. We could hardly turn around in it.
I would not recommend this Hilton and feel that we were completely overcharged at $196.00 for this accommodation. No breakfast was included.

The service at the Grill was very slow. The food was good.

convenient location. nice coffee space in lobby.
dingy room - torn lampshades, tattered headboard, flakey and chipped furniture.
2.5 / 5.0
The only good thing about this property was the staff. they tried their best to be accommodating, but the hotel has an awful moldy smell and since it’s under construction, be prepared to hear jackhammers all day.
Our room smelled like a litter box. Since the whole hotel had a moldy smell, I knew moving rooms probably wouldn’t help. The phone in our room was broken, so I walked down to the desk and asked if they had something that we could spray. We were on our way out, so they said that they would have housekeeping spray our room. We returned to a room that smelled like litter box and mangos. It was really awful and I will never stay at this hotel again.
