Location was the main reason we chose to stay here and all other hotels around were booked up.
We rented 2 rooms for comfort but they put rooms on different floors. Difficult with children.
Rooms were clean but run down.
No mini fridge (needed for breast feeding purposes) and microwave was non operational.
Also, see an extra $20 charge from hotel after we left. So who knows what that's for.

The bed was uncomfortable they didn’t have extra towels and the elevator kept breaking

Very poor selection of breakfast items.
The heating/AC system and fan were very loud.
The bathtub hot water knob was broken and therefore could not use any hot water in tub.
When I reported to the desk staff and eventually the manager, she (Sheila) said there was nothing she could do, because
I did not report it early enough. Yet I went down and reported the problem as soon after it was discovered as possible.
Because having no hot water for a bath/shower is such an important feature of a room, I asked for and expected a discount off the $381.98 daily room rate. Sheila was very unconcerned about our poor room service and said she could no nothing to help us.

Paid for a none smoking room that wreaked of cigarettes, the facility had trash in the corridors , looked like a dump. Didn't even stay. Immediately turned my card in and couldn't get refunded. Ended up going to a Best Western that was supper clean and safe.

We could not get into our room. The room key would not work. We informed. The front desk, she came and manual unlocked it with a key. She informed us she would get a new key programmed and to stop back at the front desk. We attended a college football game and once coming back the new attended at the front desk had no idea what were talking about. It was 1230pm at night and we could get into our room! The front desk guy had to call someone to get it unlocked again manual. We waited outside our room for 17 minutes!! Completely unacceptable!!

The fact that I was schedule to stay for 2 nights. Left at noon the next day to find a safer environment. Had the guy in the room when I opened the door start to come on to me and I was old enough to be his mother. The guy below underneath my room came by drunk who mentions he just got out of jail for murder serving a 10-year sentence. Was the worst experience I have ever had and taught me a lesson to read the reviews. Not happy at all.

The front desk lady was very nice and helpful
The pool needed cleaned and there was a homeless person living next to the ice machine. she was hidden from camera view. I did tell the front office and they said they was unaware of this, and thanks for telling them. Also said they would take care of the issue.
