Run down

Breakfast was ok

the Place is Run down. Our AC smelled Like Funk and was broken. Our Iron didn’t work and the Carpet Smelled musty. Had reserved a crib And they said They all had been stolen so we couldn’t get one. The Indoor Pool was ‘OUT OF SERVICE. Don’t stay unless you’re in a hurry and low on funds!

Staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be.

Booked a 3 queen with a pullout. Had 3 fulls and no pull out. Pool was green.

All of it the rooms are so small nothing like the pictures. The shower is for a really short person. No trash cans in the room. I will never go back

Check in was supposed to be at 4pm. Wouldn't let us check in till 7. Also did not get the room I booked.

We was shocked on everything had to offer

Breakfast was great .....the curb appeal needed little work but other then that was a great place .location was awesome ...the electric was working in the room we got...but to take care of this matter we were upgraded to an better room ..was really nice of them to do esp since we were on our 23 anniversary...I would stay there again

We will not stay here again. We booked because of a two bedroom room and we’re not given that.

The breakfast was fine and the location was very close to things on the strip, but with no back entrance it was hard to get in and out of with traffic.

We were not given the room we reserved, even though the hotel had sent conformation. The manager was staying in the room we reserved and they acted like it was my fault that we didn’t get it because I had used a third party to book, and was offered nothing to make it right. The floor was FILTHY! I bought a mop and cleaner to feel like we could even walk around on it.

Location

I reserved a suite and when I checked in they gave it to someone else. I take my grandkids to Branson to get a indoor pool to swim the water was to cold to swim . The clerk said it was 90 degrees needless to say it was like just out of the faucet well I called to complain and the night clerk they just filled it well I don’t like it when they aren’t telling the truth needless to say no swimming disappointed kids. Never stay there again

nothin they were horrible and y’all need to update they amenities

they have no microwave in rooms but list that they do the cable tv half work Wi-Fi was weak there’s no spa pool is outside building elevators or outside. it was a horrible experience and the staff sucks will not help with anything

The location was great.

My wife found a spider in the sink on our arrival. I found another spider between the sheets after we got up the next morning. Never saw a single motel employee during our stay.

I loved the location very close to everything.

I didn't like the fact that the inside pool was broken pieces of ceramic tile inside the pool. There was not hot tub like the pics on the app. An there was no housekeeping so the trash piled up in our room an the other guest piled it up outside our door no one ever picked it up.an there was hair in the bathtub. Plus we got charged another 2 dollars per day. Unacceptable.

There was ice or snow on the ground and having a 7 month old and a 2 year old it was kind of hard getting to the room from the parking lot

Lobby closed no on site help no breakfast no discount for inconvenience

The location

Lobby was closed on arrival. We got our room key under a floor mat outside the closed lobby. No breakfast like advertised, indoor pool was freezing definitely not heated. Only had an emergency contact number taped to the door of lobby.

The location was good.

The pictures on the site were NOT of this hotel. They advertised a hot tub, there wasn't one. The room was half way painted. There was mold in the shower and peeling paint.
