AC was very cold
Going into the room, it had a lot of flys.
The shower never stopped running.
Housekeeping could have done a better job.

No breakfast offered. I was glad to have a reasonably clean room with an air conditioner! We had experienced a bad storm at home and had no electricity.
The clerk who checked me in had high anxiety, perhaps due to being young and inexperienced. I have stayed in other places that had better amenities and accommodations for half the price of this room. I was told the price was high because they were full.(taking advantage of the crisis another county I suppose). However, the parking lot was not full, and I saw only a couple of families.

The swimming pool was clean and the room was clean.
There were no hangers in the room and no coffee pot for coffee. The lobby had coffee but not liquid cream.

The room was neat and seemed clean.
The room wasn't ready at 3:00 because the maids were working slow. At around 4:00, the head maid (I think) came to the front desk, slammed the room list down and told the manager on duty that they didn't have time to clean all the rooms. Then she walked out. The man had to run after her!
I didn't feel safe in that area. I just had a bad feeling about it and actually didn't stay the night. I left about an hour after I checked in. I found out later that there are permanent residents at this hotel. Not something I'm comfortable with.

It was very quiet and the location was in good distance from everything so there was plenty of options as far as restaurants, shopping etc.
There wasn’t anything about the property that I did not like
1.0 / 10.0
The man at the front desk was friendly and fast to help. The location seemed to be good enough with some restaurants and things close by. That's about all I can say that's nice.
The room smelled like someone had smoke 16 cartons of cigarettes in it an hour before I arrived. The walls were discolored as was the floor. The AC unit did not work (or at least was not immediately responsive when I tried changing the settings/temp). The door to the room wiggled when others came/went or when the wind blew regardless of the deadbolt and security latch having been engaged. The bed was hard, the pillows were small and flat, and there were only 3 for a king sized bed. I was there for a total of about 10 minutes and elected to leave and forfeit my money for the 2 night stay as it was uncomfortable and the folks pouring into the motel seemed less than savory. I did not feel safe and I knew I would not be able to sleep well there. I thought the room was a steal at that price - now I know why.

Nothing
Doors & walls dirty. Black mold above baseboard behind table. Visible to anyone . Side of tub dirty. TV didn’t work . No housekeeping service during two nights stay. Emptied our own trash. No extra pillows. Told to come to office for toilet tissue & more wash cloths, towels. Noisy , bed hard. Lots of dog poop in all of the grassy area. My husband & I both stepped in it
Miserable experience & definitely overpriced

Motel 6 in Bryan is a GEM!!! It is an older building that they do not build this quality anymore. VERY PRESENTABLE
The little details like tile that needed to be caulked in a very few corners and be careful for the motel 6 sign in the parking lot that's blue at night you can't see when backing up. YES myself and many others hit since last painting 🤣

The only thing I liked is that I had a room
I pulled up it looked poorly, it wasn't clean on the outside, there was a bunch of people standing around and in their vehicle's, you can tell they were drug addicts, prostitute's, pimps and drug dealers... There was not enough towels, I requested and never received extra, I got a rash and bitten up. I'm guessing bed bugs. No complimentary breakfast just coffee... I would not be staying there again nor would I recommend.
