The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff is friendly.

the room was very nice, clean and comfortable. the staff was very friendly.

The hot water heater went out at 8:00 pm, we arrived at 10:00 pm. We were offered a full refund to go somewhere else, but it was 10:00 pm and we had been driving for 6 hours so we didn't have the energy to start searching for another hotel. The manager was very apologetic but never offered a discount or another stay. We felt we should have been offered something, due to fact we had to take cold showers. At the very least they should have found us somewhere else to stay instead of putting it back on us.

Thos hotel is not worth what they charge.

this hotel is dirty, our door did not close properly, the handle to the door was broken, the shower head was gross and the bathtub was covered in rust. the hallways of the hotel were very hot. they had a broken up unsafe board covering the hot tub.

My stay was great. The staff was courteous, the room clean, the surroundings quite.

The staff were very friendly and complied with all requests. Nice room with comfortable bed. Breakfast was reasonable.

there was one cockroach in the room. The bed linen could be replaced with a new one, it is quite worn

The staff was super nice and the beds were very comfortable.

The hall smelt. The breakfast didn't stay stocked. Parking was bad. We had to park in the back so we parked down by our room and the side door. Come to find out the side door doesn't open by management choice. We had to walk around the building in the dark to the front of the building. That's a liability waiting to happen. It's not well lit in the back or the side, and the landscape is not maintained, leaving it easy for someone to hide and rob or attack people having to walk around to the front.

The property was clean and well maintained

The front desk staff was extremely rude. Check in was extremely slow and staff was not at all friendly.

the elevator was really small. we had a hard time understanding the desk clerk because of his accent.
