Sunsets over the beach!

View from the condo was just to die for.

Didn't realise that it was going to be a whole condo with condo-like conditions. But the staff were friendly and helpful.

とても広くて清潔で使いやすく、美しいお部屋。ベランダからはすぐ近くに海とヤシのきが見え、ハワイ島だからこそのダイナミックな眺めでした。洗濯機と乾燥機が部屋の中にあるのも、長期旅行にはとても助かりました。まるで、ハワイに住んでるみたいに、滞在できました。

まずまず快適でした。

プールとビーチが近く波の音を聞きながらプールサイドでのんびりしました。小さいけれどジャグジーもあります。キッチン設備が整っていて部屋が広い。トイレと一緒のシャワールームが２つありました。朝日が当たると暑いですがベランダで食事もできます。

全体的にはよかったのですが、1日目お湯を使いすぎたのか途中からシャワーの湯がぬるーくなって寒い思いをしました。翌日からは、食器洗浄器をシャワー前に使用しないようにしたのがよかったのか、問題なく熱いお湯がでて快適でした。部屋の各設備は全体的にかなり古いです。また、仕方がないのですが、大きくて使い勝手が日本人向けではありません。

Perfect stay in Kona area, close to everywhere

The manager helped upgrade our room to be ocean view with 2 room suite and it was awesome experience!! They also provided free detergent which was very helpful as it was raining most of the time during our trip and we were looking for a laundry service but got a full schedule on taking tours, didn't really got time to dealing with our clothes. Wish I had spent a whole week staying in this accommodation and just relaxing on the private beach and pool along the building

Everything is convenient and clean in the hotel, would probably not want to go outside 😆

lovely setting, staff rectified our issue as best they could. free parking

Both our apartments smelt bad and were worn around the edges. stained furniture, dusty etc. the first apartment had non functioning a/c and didn’t even have a sofa bed, which was included in the room description.

Anazing stay for our first time in Kona Hawaii! We will def go back!

we loved it so much! quiet not overcrowded and we’re welcomed with a true spirit of “ Aloha” in Hawaii! We loved Kona so much and can’t wait to go back again! It felt like a condo and our home, not just a hotel. It was clean, spacious and had a nice balcony where you can hear the ocean and see it.

Terrific home away from home

Large and spacious, lovely views overlooking the ocean and we really enjoyed the sound of the waves, good balcony, excellent BBQs - looked brand new - Webers. Excellent parking, liked having two bathrooms. Plenty of crockery and cutlery, everything clean. Walking distance to the markets just up the road (who did excellent tacos, burritos, poke etc) and to Jackie Rey's Grill which had excellent food. Pool area was lovely and really clean pool.

The decor is a little dated but nothing was worn or damaged. Like every rental place, the knives are never sharp so build that into your considerations before you try anything too adventurous for dinner. Lighting at the BBQs could have been better over the tables and chairs to enable you to eat down there.

Exceptional

We had the most amazing two week stay at Aston Kona by the sea. We stayed oceanfront room 224 and it was a very large open clean space with a panoramic view of the ocean close up. You could see the ocean from every room. This place was unforgettable and great for families. We went with our 5 month old his first vacation, and the ladies at the front desk Rhoda and Sara were absolutely incredible at helping make our stay comfortable and easy with baby boy. They were so nice and went the extra mile to help me with my requests. Very kind and outstanding customer service. We will definitely stay again in the future.

couldn’t wait to check out and leave for our 10 day stay in Maui …

pool area,grounds well kept

day manager Sarah was a terrible excuse for being empathic after we traveled over 5,000 miles from Florida …..she made no effort to get the room ready early ….. made us wait 8 hours to check in even though we were totally exhausted ….. evening manager Rhonda was much kinder throughout our 4 day stay… carpet, curtains and screen door to porch were either disgustingly dirty or needed serious maintenance

They say they have luggage keeping on booking but they dont and they wont let anyone get inside until 4pm so most people just wait there! The hotel is very far from the downtown and you have to get a car around.
