Es war erwartungsgemäß - die Mitarbeiter(innen) am Desk waren hilfsbereit.

Direkt am Ocean Drive - nur 100 Meter zum Strand.

Ausstattung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen - Tür zur Poolterrasse funktionierte nicht richtig.

Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting South Beach!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel located in the heart of South Beach, right next to the iconic Versace House directly opposite to a beach access. The receptionist, Laura, was truly outstanding - super friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. The rest of the staff also contributed significantly to making my stay very enjoyable. The rooms are tastefully decorated, adding to the overall charm of the place. The restaurant exceeded our expectations with its above-average food. It's also a great spot for people-watching and admiring the (crazy) cars passing by. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting South Beach!

Would never stay here again due to bad experience post checkout and hotel ignoring emails

The location was excellent and the room was very nice. The bed was extremely comfortable

Charged $300 after checkout for apparently smoking in the room, despite being non smokers . Stayed two nights and should only had had a security deposit for $200 ($100 per night) Coffee make leaked and was not fixed

We loved our stay here and would visit again.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 days to celebrate our babymoon. Hotel pics look exactly how you see it on the website. Hotel is very clean, we were greeted each time we entered the hotel. Excellent location in South Beach. The beach is easy walking steps from hotel and easy access to numerous restaurants. The bed was comfortable. The restaurant next door we ate one day for breakfast and it was delicious. The French toast was amazing. Plenty of street parking and parking garages nearby.

The location across from South Beach is amazing, and there was a music festival!

The bed was SO comfy, but they use a lot of bleach. There were a few holes in the sheets, but that’s probably from the dryer!

Disgraceful. Promised full refund. Kept a $600 no show fee.

Our room was uninhabitable with an over bearing smell of bleach/phenol causing nausea and sickness on entering. Never experienced anything like it. Had no rooms we could relocate to. Reception offered us a full refund. We moved hotels. Now, still 6 weeks later they have kept c.$600 as a no show fee. Dishonest and unethical practice.

The cleaning in general not really good, we get welcoming with dirty need clouding and asked many times to change it and finally replaced for old and broken in pieces, for the rest was good

Location in the Ocean Drive, pretty close to the beach, building architecture

No ramp to bring your luggage to the lobby. There are several steps (up and down) leading from the street to the lobby you have to bestride with heavy suitcases and there is no one to help. Then, we tried to change our room (3rd floor room window faced terrace roof and we were staying 14 nights) or prolong the last day’s stay for 2 hours - finally we did it, but that was really tough. Staff was nice but pretended they couldn’t do anything about our requests.

A beautiful hotel in a very nice area with comfortable rooms

The whole Art Deco atmosphere in the lobby, the rooms and the bathroom. The nice welcome from the front desk The central location on South beach

No breakfast availability before 8 AM in the hotel, other options available in the area but not next door. Awaited more than 20 min to get our car back from valet parking No charging stations close to the bed.
