Good but needs renovations. For the price range there are better hotels.

Great staff. Good location. Pricing was high but we went for a Taylor Swift concert so the price had been doubled the staff said. Best piece of advice I’d give is you don’t want to be in the st moritz tower. They have two. One on the left in the picture they show on here is the main hotel. That’s where you wanna be. The one on the right is st moritz. It’s clearly smaller in the picture. I’m sure it’s older etc. The hallways are tiny. Scary tiny. Elevators too and of course the room. We booked ocean front st moritz and it had no balcony. Had a window that didn’t even crack open. We had to book a suite just to get a balcony. (Again they were super busy). Which we did because the st moritz was that bad. But once in the main hotel everything was fantastic.

St moritz building was bad. No indoor pool for rainy days.

Frustrating.

The location

The 2 beds were too thigh for 4 people. The hustle bustle at the pool & around was terrible. Not mentioning the lack of places were to sit under parasols . We couldn’t stay there.

Excelente ubicación y pensado para disfrutar

Excelente para quedarte en pareja o con niños. Realmente cómodo, todo queda cerca, el servicio de playa está muy bien y la playa queda muy accesible. Los servicios de comida son de muy alta calidad y se puede confiar para alimentar a los más chicos también. La pileta la usamos poco, pero está muy buena tambien. En pareja y en familia la pasamos genial.

posizione ottima, nel complesso buon soggiorno con qualche difetto.

piscina molto bella ma troppo affollata. struttura datata ma davvero bella, all'interno c'è un negozio, bar, ristorante, spa, mini club (a pagamento). camera spaziosa. posizione fantastica, si raggiunge la parte migliore di South Beach a piedi.

i lettini in piscina erano davvero scomodi perche tutti attaccati tra loro, per salire bisognava fare le acrobazie e sinceramente non amavo stare gomito a gomito con gli sconosciuti. la spiaggia un po' meglio. la piscina era bollente e anche un po' puzzolente (forse per la troppa gente). la camera non ci è stata pulita per due giorni e questo ci ha creato problemi perchè non avevamo biancheria pulita per asciugarci dopo la doccia. la colazione era solo per 2 persone, anche se la prenotazione su Booking era per 4 e questo si è saputo solo dopo aver prenotato e pagato, nessuna informazione in merito è stata chiara al momento della prenotazione. booking proponeva taxi gratuito dall'aeroporto, ho fatto 2 prenotazioni diverse per 2 camere ma allo stesso nome e mi è stata offerta una sola macchina, l'ho trovato un po' scorretto in quanto anche questo non era scritto da nessuna parte.

Great time relaxing and enjoying the beach.

Excellent location, walking distance to various restaurants and shops. Access to beach is amazing. The service is great loves seeing some of the same workers that do a fantastic job both at the pool and the beach.

La piscina y el servicio brindado ahi es muy bueno, la playa en frente es perfecta, el hotel es muy comodo y el personal siempre dispuesto a atender.

Separé habitación para 4 personas con desayuno incluido, y el hotel solo cubre un máximo de 2 personas. Tener en cuenta cuenta que el hotel cobra todos los adicionales posibles (En hoteles similares ya estan incluidos en el precio de habitación): las sombrillas, las peliculas, los taxes y propinas de los desayunos incluidos, etc.

Good location for site seeing and beach

Room was nice. Pool and the location of the beach was great.

Having to pay for a 3rd breakfast when we’d booked for 3 adults when we booked the hotel through bookings.com. The hotel said it wasn’t on the booking but we wouldn’t have booked a room for 3 adults with only 2 breakfasts. Bookings.com confirmed to me in an email breakfast was included for three people but despite showing them the email we were told we still had to pay as bookings.com hadn't confirmed it to them directly. This could have been handled better by reception staff.

Ubicación

Servicio de Valet parking obligatorio con un costo de 50 dólares adicionales a la reserva, muy malo, más de 15 minutos de demora para dejar el auto o irse sin posibilidad de acceder al auto por uno mismo. No funcionaba el pedido del auto por mensaje. Muy malas formas y predisposición de la gente del valet. Desayuno solo para dos personas de una habitación de 4, reserve y pague habitación de 4 personas dos de los cuales son niños grandes que pagaron como adultos, pero solo dos personas podían acceder al desayuno, los demás deberían pagar 20 dólares adicionales por persona por día, un exceso siendo que el costo de reserva ya fue alto y se pagó por 4 adultos. También cobran uso de la pileta y playa adicional a la reserva, algo de 50 dólares más por día. Al menos 120 dólares adicionales por día al costo de la reserva si se quiere usar la pileta, desayunar las 4 personas y estacionar el auto. Cuando todo esto debería estar en el costo, hoteles a menos de 200 metros ya incluyen esto en el costo de la habitación y cuestan hasta un 30% menos. No voy a volver de ninguna manera. Los fines de semana hay fiestas en el hotel donde la música tipo boliche suena hasta más de las 2am. Para nada familiar.
